The chromosomal constitution of 200 advanced lines from 1R monosomic addition lines between the wheat cultivar Mianyang11 (MY11) and different rye lines R3, R12, and Baili-rye was studied by the improved C-banding and A-PAGE method. The result showed that 45 lines were identified as 1RS/1BL translocation lines congruously by the two methods. But a line (843-1-1), originated from an 1R addition line of wheat cultivar MY11 and rye line R12, was identified as 1RS/1BL translocation line by C-banding and genomic in situ hybridization,but the secalin block from chromosome arm 1RS of rye was absent in the A-PAGE pattern of its seed proteins.

结果发现，在鉴定的200个株系中，有45个株系经C-带和A-PAGE检测均一致地发现它们含有一对1RS /1BL易位染色体，而一个株系843-1-1，C-带鉴定、原位杂交结果均证明它含有一对1RS/1BL易位染色体，但A-PAGE醇溶蛋白图谱却不具有黑麦1RS染色体臂的黑麦碱特征带，而表达出既不同于黑麦碱又不同于亲本绵阳11的醇溶蛋白带型。

According to the number and behavior of B genomechromosomes, all hybrid plants were classified into three types. All somatic cells of TypesⅠplants contained 16 B genome chromosomes which formed 8Ⅱat diakinesis and shown8:8 segregation at anaphase; TypesⅡcontained 14 B genome chromosomes whichformed 6Ⅱ+2Ⅰat diakinesis and showed 6:8 or 7:7 segregation at anaphase. TypesⅢcontained above two chromosomes number and behavior.

同时根据B基因组DNA为探针的GISH结果，以细胞中B基因组染色体的数目及减数分裂时的配对及分离的方式，将所有杂种植株分为三大类：Ⅰ类具有16条B基因组染色体，以8Ⅱ的方式配对，以8：8分离，共32株；Ⅱ类具有14条B基因组染色体，以6Ⅱ+2Ⅰ方式配对，以7：7或者6：8的方式分离，共4株：Ⅲ类植株包含有上述两种细胞类型类型，共1株。

It indicated that a considerable degree of genetic differertiation has taken place in the A and B genomes of two species during evolution from wild emmer to common wheat.2 The similarities co-efficiency of A genome of common wheat and wild emmer was slightly higher than that of B genome.

野生二粒小麦与普通小麦A染色体组的遗传相似性高于两物种B染色体组的遗传相似性，从而说明小麦的不同染色体组在进化过程中的遗传速率或者说进化中的稳定程度是不同的。

The result suggested that different genomes had different genetic speed or stability during evolution.3 The similarities co-efficiency between wild emmer and hexaploid synthetic was higher than that between wild emmer and common wheat. So that crossing among species is not a simple combination of genomes, but involve introgression of chromosomes, and the evolution made by this action was bigger than that made by environment.4 According to the results of salt tolerance identification, the salt tolerance of wild emmer is lower than that of common wheat in the whole.

野生二粒小麦与普通小麦之间的遗传相似系数稍高于野生二粒小麦与其与节节麦合成的双二倍体的遗传相似系数，说明物种之间的杂交并不仅仅是染色体组简单的合并，其中包括复杂的染色体组本身的一些特性以及染色体之间的互渗且这种作用远大于环境作用所引起的变化。
