Using the Fraiar and Angeleno plum fruit as trial materials and physiological-biochemical analysis as experimental methods, the influences of varied conditions of decompression storage and calcium treatments of different consistency on the fruit quality, respiration intension and ethylene production rate, MDA content, protective enzyme activity and storage effect of plum fruits were studied.

During 23 days in storage, compared with the control, both the two low temperature treatments reduced the blackheart severity, lowered the fruit mass loss, elevated contents of Vitamin C and titratable acids, and delayed the decrease of total soluble solids content, with the storage at (8±1)℃ resulting in better effects.

The results indicated that 1-MCP treatment made fruit remain high quality and good flavor during storage by delaying the loss of firmness ,and maintain relatively high total soluble solids and titratable acid content.

The process of translocating Ca2+ from fruit surface into pulp tissue could be accelerated by IAA,GA or NAA, which also led to an increment on 2%HOAc extractable Ca. Meanwhile, the Ca existed in the stalk and leaves could be excessively transported into fruits by applying IAA on the fruit surface, resulting in too much accumulation of Ca in fruit and bad quality of fruit, while no such effects were observed in those with GA or NAA.

IAA、GA和NAA均可促进果面钙运往果实内，并导致2%HOAc提取钙与5%HCl提取钙组分增加，IAA虽可促进大量的树体钙向果实转移，却会导致果实钙含量过高，品质变差；GA和NAA则不能夺取树体内的钙，对果实品质无不良影响。

The ethanol content in fruit flesh of'Starking'apple, 'Yar'pear and'Shingo'pear increased in early storage with ethanol-applied concentration increased and decreased later. At the end of the storage for 5-6months, there was no difference in ethanol concentration in fruit flesh in all treated apple or'Yar'pear treated with 2 and 4ml/kg fruit of ethanol and control, but that in 6ml/kg fruit of ethanol treated'Yar' pear was higher than that in control.
