The age of onset were 7 to 11 years old.Three patients revealed mental impairment and limbs weakness.Other symptoms included alalia,ataxia in three cases and visual and auditive disturbances in 2 case,One case had visual nerve atrophy and seizures.Testost in one case and 17-hydroxide steroid in another case were degressive.Cerebral biopsy in one case suggest lipide sediment.Testicle impairment in one case was found by ultrasonography.The cerebral magnetic resonance imaging of all the 4 patients showed the characteristic pattern of symmetrical long T1 and long T2 signal in the parieto-occipital region.

结果发病年龄7~11岁，均有智能下降、肢体无力，3例伴言语不清、共济失调，2例伴视听力下降，1例伴视神经萎缩、癫发作，血睾酮降低及血17-羟类固醇降低各1例，B超示双侧睾丸弥漫性病变、脑活检示类脂质沉积病各1例，4例磁共振均见双侧枕顶叶对称性蝶翼状长T1、长T2信号灶，可累及颞叶、内囊和脑干白质。

Begonia pulvinifera is similar to B. wangii T. T. Yü, differing in the lower surface of the leaf being pale green; petiole with a reddish brown swollen base; tepals obtuse; tepals of staminate flowers 4; tepals of carpellate flowers 3 and ovary with axile placentation throughout. 相似种类有少瓣秋海棠与昌感秋海棠：但本新种叶背面浅绿色，叶柄基部红棕色、膨大，雄花花被片四枚，雌花花被片三枚，花被片先端圆钝，且子房通体具中轴胎座，有别於少瓣秋海棠；此外，新种之托叶三角形，先端渐尖或骤尖，叶身较窄，叶柄基部具叶枕，卵状苞片先端尖或渐尖，明显不同於昌感秋海棠。

Objective:This project chooses the classic Chinese medicine prescription on treating ADHD——Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pill and studies it\'s impact on the signal trasmission of the neurotransmitter DA of the prefrontal cortex-basal ganglial circuit loop in the center of the ADHD animal model——SHR.The project tries to make clear Kongsheng Zhenzhong pill\'s curative effect in animal experiment and explore in depth the mechanism of treating ADHD with Chinese medicine.

一、研究目的本课题选择中医药治疗ADHD的代表方剂——孔圣枕中丹，研究其对ADHD动物模型自发性高血压大鼠中枢前额叶皮质—基底神经节环路的神经递质DA的信号传导的影响，明确孔圣枕中丹在动物实验中的疗效，深入探索中医药治疗ADHD的具体机制。

The results of in situ hybridization and fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that the gene expression of dopamine receptors(including D1 and D2) in the prefrontal cortex and DRD1 in lentiform nucleus of SHR from the Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pill group is higher than that in the methylphenidate hydrochloride group and both groups are lower than that in the control group:the gene expression of dopamine receptors D2 in the lentiform nucleus from the methylphenidate hydrochloride group is higher than that in the Kongsheng Zhenzhong Pill group while both groups are lower than that from the control group.
