The six chapter illuminates the inculpatory principle and property of legal liability of judicial appraiser. After analyzing the property of legal liability of appraiser of our country, it conceives steps to how to perfect the legal liability of judicial appraiser of our country.

第六章首先对两大法系司法鉴定人法律责任的归责原则及其性质作了比较，对我国鉴定人法律责任的性质作了分析，并对如何完善我国司法鉴定人的法律责任提出了构想。

The text follows the curricular idea "accelerating the student"s development",basing on developmental rule in body and mind of students in high school, from thepsychology, especially from writing mentality of students, thinking the problems ofcurrent composition teaching reform in high school. Aim at the existent problem incurrent writing teaching by understanding its own rules of composition teachingcombining with internal mind in student"s writing, bringing reforming thoughts ofwriting teaching in high school.

本文遵循&促进学生发展&的课程理念，根据中学生身心发展的规律，从心理学的角度，尤其从是中学生写作心理的角度，探讨中学生在作文过程中的内部心理机制，思考当前中学作文教学面临的问题，进而提出中学作文教学改革的构想。

Introducing the happening color into the innovative concept, this paper elucidates the innovative design in terms of indigotin, printing, pattern and fabric, pointing out that the vivid and personified happening color is an effective tool to change the traditional style of Chinese blue calico and enhance its competitive power on the marlet.

通过引入偶发性色彩的创新概念，从蓝、印、花、布4个角度分别结合偶发性色彩提出其创新设计的构想，指出生动、人性化的偶发性色彩是改变蓝印花布传统风格、提高产品的市场竞争力的有效工具。

Nagadum has an inseperable relationship and interactive basis with school education, family education and social education. Chapter six mainly analyzes the current inheritage of Nagadum and its existing problems from the position that the realization of its educational funtion relies on its effective inheritage, it also provides the concept to rebuild the transmission of Nagadum. Chapter seven tries to analyze and reflect the current courses in national school education and its disadvantages of isolating from its native culture and living practice from the position that the realization of its educational function relies on the widely identification of national school education. It proposes that the essence of national education is "the education of national culture", the aquisition of native knowledge is obtained on the basis of practical mode of acquisition, hence the author tries to provide some constructive suggestions that school education in minority areas should return to native knowledge and culture, and the construction of the interactive relationship between schools and communities should be established.

第五、六、七章阐述了那达慕如何实现教育功能，其中第五章阐述了实现那达慕教育功能的内在基础和现实条件，即那达慕与学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育都具有不可分割的关系和互动基础；第六章从那达慕教育功能的实现有赖于那达慕的有效传承的立论出发，分析了那达慕传承现状及其问题，并提出了重构那达慕传承模式的构想；第七章从那达慕教育功能的实现还有赖于民族学校教育的广泛认同的立论出发，分析和反思目前民族学校课程知识及教育方式脱离本土和生活实际的弊端，提出民族教育的实质是&民族文化的教育&，本土知识的获得需用实践建构的认知方式，从而对民族学校回归本土知识与文化，建构学校与社区之间经常性文化互动关系提出了笔者的建议。

The former is thought to result in the abstraction;the latter makes the relation disappear.Secondly,put forward my ownunderstanding of this relation,which should be understood from double meaning:the relation between individual being and the essence of society;the relationbetween individual and the society as a whole.Thirdly,analyse its form inreality from the association of substance and function to prove that it is asymbiosis in which both side depend on each other and create each other.Fourthly,work out a conception of neo-collectivism and attempt to provefrom several aspects on the basis of the understanding of social departmentologyin the view of symbiosis.

本文所做的工作主要是：（1）分析了目前在个人与社会之关系问题上的两种错误理解，即实体化理解和功能化理解，认为前者导致问题的抽象化，后者则在实质上取消了问题本身；（2）提出对于个人与社会之关系的理解，应当在两重意义上予以综合把握：个人存在与其社会本质的关系，以及个人与社会整体的关系；（3）从主体与关系相结合的维度分析了个人与社会之关系的现实形式，即是二者之间互相依存、双向互塑的共生关系；（4）在对社会本位论做共生论理解之拓展了的视界中，提出新集体主义的构想，并从多个方面进行论证。

In the first part , Through the analysis of international mechanism and national foreign behavior relation , prove that the international mechanism and sovereign state are interdynamic relations that constructs each other; In the second part , Through reviewing the development courses of China and international mechanism relation, interdepend characteristic of the time , reshaping the diplomatic idea so as to prove that it is rational for China choosing to participating strategy to come to mould again; In the third part ,The real example that distinct China participates in and incorporates the international system behaves after analysing the participation strategic idea , effect of China, and reason has been analysed have participated in the predicament of the international mechanism.

第一部分通过国际机制与国家对外行为关系的分析，说明国际机制与主权国家是互动互构的关系；第二部分通过回顾中国与国际机制关系的发展历程、相互依赖的时代特征、中国外交理念的再塑造来论证中国选择参与战略的合理性；第三部分在分析了中国的参与战略的构想、成效之后明晰中国参与与融入国际体系的实证表现，并理性分析了参与国际机制的困境。

Finally, I apply the concepts of dragonfly's biotopes to Kanding ecological park. Various types of lentic and lotic freshwaters surrounded by abundant hydrophytes and multi layers trees are planned. Besides, ecological landscape design with construction proceeds in terms of the following aspects: site gradation and sewage system, circulations and land use, plantation types and materials, and ecological construction methods with waterfront design details.

最后应用蜻蜓生物托邦之概念於崁顶生态公园，其生态地景设计在规划层次上考虑不同型态之流水与止水域空间的配置以及复层密林植被与丰富之水生植物的应用；并且从整地与排水、土地使用区分与动线系统、植被类型与植材选定、生态工法与亲水细部构想进行设计与营造。
