In the first part, the prototropic hydroxy-oxo tautomerisms of 2 (1H)- pyridones/2-hydorxypyridines, one of the most important model systems in molecular biology, have been investigated with self-consistent reaction field method based on continuum model. The influence of the nature and position of substituent groups, the existence of intramolecular hydrogen bonding and tautomeric competition between 2-hydroxy and 4-hydroxy on the tautomeric equilibria have also been examined.

第一部分，首先从溶剂敏感的异构化性质入手，用基于连续介质的自洽反应场理论方法对一类重要的生化模型体系—2（1H）-吡啶酮／2-羟基吡啶互变异构体系进行了研究，系统地考察了取代基性质、取代基位置、分子内氢键的形成以及互变异构竞争的存在对异构化平衡的影响。

The results showed that the β zeolite had better activities of isomerization and aromatization,and the cracking and aromatizing activities increased with the reaction temperature increasing,but the yield of isomerized olefin s decreased.

In order to disclose the adaptive strategies and capacity of Potaninia mongolica Maxim, acquired during its evolution history, the whole response system, which was composed of individual morphology plasticity response, organs anatomy structure response, physiological function response of anti-arid and anti-hotness, activities of protective enzymes response, endogenous hormone adjustment response, sexual reproduction strategies response of seeding, dispreading, sprouting and renewing, asexual reproduction strategies response of clonal growth patterns, clonal growth architectures, clonal growth architectures plasticity, heterogeneous resources utilization strategies, endogenous hormone distribution in clonal organs, foraging behavior, risk-spreading, and resource sharing, individual density allocation patterns response, niche differentiation response, species connection response, allelopathy response and biodiversity components response of the plant was profoundly explored in this paper.The studies come to at least four important results:(1) Taking the sensitive response and evading strategy to adapt to environment stress, Potaninia mongolica Maxim is a successful species has lived through the long-term evolution. Nevertheless, it is narrow climate and soil niche and characteristic of vegetation reproduction which has made the plant a rare and endangered species.

Due to this paper, a new profiling hard shaping cutter has been manufactured successfully. At last experiments are made to test the performance of hard shaping cutter and all kinds of precision of hard gear.

本文直接从插齿刀与砂轮之间的相对运动关系出发，单独研究砂轮的运动，提出砂轮成形磨削点和砂轮成形磨削刃的概念；分别建立圆柱砂轮和圆锥砂轮磨削后硬齿面插齿刀的波形前刀面方程及空间切削刃方程；为便于比较何种情况下插齿刀的构形误差和切削角度能同时达到最优，分别对磨削五种不同硬齿面插齿刀所用的砂轮进行了廓形设计，并分析了插齿刀的构形误差和侧切削刃切削角度的分布规律；为插齿刀波形前刀面的磨削加工设计了相应的凸轮，用所设计的凸轮和近似的砂轮成功地制造出新构形法硬齿面插齿刀；最后进行插齿加工试验，检验新构形法硬齿面插齿刀的抗崩刃能力、耐磨性及被加工硬齿面齿轮的各项精度。

This study demonstrates optically and spatially band-tunable color cone lasers based on DDCLC cells with a photoisomerizable chiral dopant. The band-tunability is attributable to the recovery of the helix of the CLC resulted from the trans-cis isomerization induced decrease of the helical twisting power of the chiral dopant.The more the chiral cis-isomers are produced, the larger the tuned lasing band is.
