D-N, N-dialkyl-2-amino butanol gave poor catalytic effect be-cause of their structure. The configuration of the product is the same as the catalyst. Anotherkind of β- amino alcohols - phenylglycine derivatives and valine derivatives have chiralcenter on the carbon linked with amino group. Catalyzed by-phenylglycine derivatives 6,7, 9, 10, the reactions gave satisfied results. The optical yields exceeded 80%.

The excited-state intramolecular proton transfer tautomerism reaction of 6-methyl-4-hydroxy pyri-midine monomers and dimmers was investigated by the ab initio method with the self-consistent reaction field with Tomas's polarized continuum mode and CIS theories at HF level on the basis of 6-311+G* and 6-31G basis set. By studying the potential energy surface, it was found that the monomer's ground-state proton transfer process together with the excited-state proton transfer process is a molecular system of four energy level, but dimmers were not, which can be used to explain the fact that UV-visible absorption and fluorescence spectra of monomer and dimers all corresponded to quinoid.

The influencing factors that glutathione molecular umbrella penetrates lipid bilayers with the shielded conformation were analyzed with VolSurf parameters. The results show that the major influencing factors are smaller amphiphilic moment and larger molecular rugosity of the shielded conformation, which are independent of definite hydrophobic regions of the conformation.

Second, From the internal comparison of linzhang dialect,I find that the difference from east to west is smaller and the difference is larger from south to north ,particularly the southern Zhanghe is affected by vicinity dialects, the tail is abundant and the suffixation of the northen Zhanghe is increasing under the influence of the Standard Chinese. The exterior comparison includes the comparison of the linzhang dialect vocabulary to that of the vicinity and that of the Standard Chinese. The comparison with the vicinity dialects reveals the ralationship of the Linzhang dialects with the vicinity dialects and inquire into its reason. Third, Through the comparison between the dialect and the Standard Chinese from the aspects of sallable, morpheme,affixation, I reveal the vocabulary-made characteristics of the Linzhang dialect---- to have abundant affix. Last, we divide the vocabulary in the Linzhang dialect into the Ancient Chinese words,the Medieval Chinese words,the Modern Chinese words,the Modern Chinese words by the historical view.
