With the help of dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, differential thermal analysis, analysis of curing behaviors and swelling test, the change of structure during the vulcanization of ebonite was analyzed. It is found that the chemical cross-linking in the ebonite trended to descend with degree of vulcanization, while the modification effects of polar groupings on the carbon backbone gradually increased, which dominated its physical and mechanical properties.

通过考察硫化时间对于硬质橡胶结构与性能的影响，结合DMTA、DSC、硫化特性分析、溶胀分析等方法，分析了硬质橡胶的硫化过程中结构的变化，认为在硫化过程中，随着硫化的进行，硬质橡胶中的化学交联作用有下降趋势，极性基团对于碳骨架的改性作用逐渐增加，并对硬质橡胶的物理机械性能起主要决定作用。

The results show that, after treated with microwave radiation, the surface free energy of the powder is enhanced from 39.6mJm^(-2) to 41.8mJm^(-2), This is mainly caused by the rearrangement of electric charges on the grain crystal surface, and this phenomenon is coincident with the theory of electron transition caused by energy band splitting of the grain crystal surface.

The chemical constituents of Huperzia serrata Trev. are mainly flavonoids, triterpenoids and alkaloids. In order to get further comprehension of lycopodium alkaloids, we studied the low-polar section of the alkaloids extraction of Huperzia serrata and 19 alkaloids were isolated by ways of silica gel, RP-18 and Sephadex LH-20 etc. All of their structures, including five new compounds and two known ones that were firstly found from this genus, were elucidated with the help of Mass, IR, NMR spectra and so on. The five new alkaloids (HS-07, HS-08, HS-09, HS-10 and HS-11) are belonged to lycopodine class. The other two ones that were new to this genus (HS-18 and HS-19) are belonged to miscellaneous group.

蛇足石杉的主要化学成分为黄酮，三萜和生物碱，为进一步了解该植物的生物碱成分，我们研究了蛇足石杉氯仿总碱低极性部位的生物碱成分，运用正相硅胶、反相RP-18、凝胶LH-20等方法分得了19个生物碱，并通过质谱、红外、核磁共振等波谱鉴定了它们的结构，其中5个为新化合物，2个为首次从该属植物中分离得到的化合物，所分得的新化合物：HS-07、HS-08、HS-09、HS-10和HS-11均为lycopodine类石松生物碱，首次从该属植物中分得的化合物为miscellaneous类：HS-18和HS-19。

A basic review on dielectric nonlinearity and electric tunable mechanism was performed in view of thermodynamics, ferroelectric domain, polar nanoregion, field induced phase transition, grain boundary layer and AC dielectric nonlinearity. The dielectric nonlinearity phenomena in barium stannate titanate ceramics were studied and the field dependences of dielectric constant and loss tangent were showed.

The analysis methods for the determination of micro or trace elements in high moisture jellyfish were developed. The fatty acid compositions in difderent parts of fresh jellyfish were determined by GC/MS method. Thirty-five fatty acids were identified, and most of them were found in R. esculentum jellyfish for the first time. Especially, two unusual very long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that were never detected in the other jellyfish also were determined. Amino acids were abundant in R. esculentum jellyfish, especially containing sulfur amino acids, and could be supplied for human diet. The polysaccharide in umbrella part of jellyfish was composed of glucose, galactose and uronic acid, and its molecular weight was 40,000, but the polysaccharide of the oral arms part consisted of glucose, mannose and glycuronic acid, and its molecular weight was 43,000. Above-mentioned data were never reported. The ethanolic extract of oral arms part of jellyfish were extracted by different polar solvents (petroleum ether, acetic ether, n-butanol), and antibacterial activity was tested to these extracts by four species of terricolous pathogenic bacilli and three species of botanic pathogenic fungi. The result demonstrated that the petroleum ether extract had certain bactericidal activity for two species of pathogenic bacilli, and n-butanol extract had certain inhibited activity on apple rot pathogenic fungus.
