Drift electron mobility, the Hall factor and Hall mobility in GaN are calculated according to Mattiessen's rule as a function of temperature for carrier concentrations with the compensation ration as a parameter on the basis of taking into account the individual average scattering momentum relaxation time of four scattering mechanisms, namely, ionized impurity scattering, polar mode optical scattering, acoustic piezoelectric scattering and acoustic phonon deformation potential scattering which have an effect on electron mobility of GaN.

Finally, the four-unit cylindrically conformal microstrip antenna array is processed and tested. Testing results indicate that, the input VSWR of the antenna array in the vicinity of 1.575GHz is less than 2, the omni-directional performance good, 3dB bandwidth is about 90 degree on axial plane, right-hand circularly polarization good. Overall performance of the antenna array satisfies the design requirements.

We found that in the case of neglecting magnetic shear, the plasma current also can be driven by the shear Alfvén wave and the circularly polarized wave, respectively, the efficiency of current drive in the rotation plasma is independent of the plasma density In addition, it is found that whether m=0 or m≠ 0, the effect of the magnetic shear on the compressional Alfvén wave current drive makes the efficiency be dependent on the plasma density and inversely proportional to it.

The stealth warplane for the microwave radar usually have complicated structures with the coating of wave absorption. On the base of calculation and modeling of the geometrical structure of the warplane in real size, the HF RCS of the air crafts under two different polarizations in different direction have been calculated with the FDTD. The result shows that the above mentioned stealth warplane have the obvious characterstics of frequency resonance, polarization and the relatively large RCS in HF Band 10-30dBm2, which can be used as the theoretical reference for selection of working frequency for sky wave OTH Radar and it also means that the sky wave OTH radar has good capability of anti-stealth targets quantitatively.
