Objective To observe the clinical effect on the artificial abortion when Ropivacaine is employed in caudal block.Methods Ropivacaine with different densities is used for obervations on the patient's life sign,pains,movement block,cervix flaccidity and the period of time of the patient's being away from the hospital.

目的 观察罗比卡因在人工流产术中骶管阻滞的临床效果方法用不同浓度的罗比卡因在门诊人流术中行骶管阻滞以观察其对流产者的生命体征、疼痛程度、运动阻滞、宫颈松弛度及离院时间的影响。

The calculation result shows the velocity of heat and mass transfer is finite and has the characteristics of wave. The compare of the results of hyperbolic equation and those of parabolic equations shows there is a delay between both the thermal and the mass of the former and those of latter.

Firstly, the three-dimension boundary question and its corresponding variation question concerning the point-source electrical field on a 3-D structure are presented. Secondly, the finite element method is used to solve the variational equation. The study area is divided into many tetrahedral elements. Then, we interpolate with a tri-linear function in each element. So, the variational equation is converted into a linear equation system. Finally, taking into account saving of time, we make use of symmetric successive overrelaxation preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm to solve large linear system, and obtain the potential value of each node, resulting in the calculation of the apparent resistivity values on the ground surface.

首先给出了三维构造中点源电场的边值问题以及相应的变分问题；然后利用有限单元法求解变分问题，采用四面体单元对研究区域进行剖分，在单元中进行三线性函数插值，将变分方程化为线性代数方程组；最后，考虑到节约计算时间，利用对称超松弛预条件共轭梯度迭代算法求解大型线性方程组，得到了各节点的电位值，进而计算出地表的视电阻率。

Result The spindles of oocytes were abnormal at 25℃ for 20 min, and disappeared at 25℃ for 30 min or at 4℃ for 10 min. 5, 10, 20 and 40 μg/ml Cytochalasin B for 2 h had no effects on the spindles of the oocytes. The spindles of oocytes were abnormal in 20 μmol/L colchicines for 1 h, and disappeared in 40 μmol/L colchicines for 1 h. The structure of spindles were perfect for 1-12 h when the oocytes were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde.

结果］卵母细胞在25℃、20 min时纺锤体异常，25℃、30 min或4℃、10 min时纺锤体缺失；5、10、20和40μg/ml细胞松弛素B作用2 h未对纺锤体产生影响；卵母细胞在20μmol/L秋水仙素中作用1 h纺锤体异常，40μmol/L时作用1 h纺锤体缺失；在4%多聚甲醛中4℃条件下，卵母细胞纺锤体结构以固定时间为1~12 h效果较好。
