The experiment study about the subcritical normalizing holding temperature effects the macrostructure and hardness of the 40SiMnCrNiMoA steel shows: When subcritical normalizing holding temperature is 760℃, the ferrite in the mixture phase structure is lumpish, the hardness of the steel is low (about HRC32), and when the holding temperature is over 800℃, the hardness of the steel is about HRC49, the ferrite in the mixture phase structure is in old critical range austenite grain boundaries, it is disadvantage for the steel strengthening. When the holding temperature is 780℃, the mixture phase structure is mixture phase structure including the strip ferrite、martensite and bainite, the ferrite is less than 20%wt, its grains are fine and even, the hardness of the steel is about HRC38, it is in the range of HRC35-40 which is the long-life drill rod needed.

亚温正火温度对40SiMnCrNiMoA的组织和硬度等性能的影响的实验研究表明，当亚温正火保温温度为760℃时，复合组织中的铁素体形态是块状，处理后的材料硬度相对较低（HRC32左右）；而当采用大于800℃温度亚温正火处理，材料硬度为HRC49左右，组织中铁素体大部分较连续地存在于原奥氏体的晶界，对材料强化不利；当40SiMnCrNiMoA钢780℃亚温正火后，硬度为HRC38左右，在以往小钎杆较长寿命所需硬度范围HRC35-40内，而组织为细条状铁素体+以板条马氏体和条状无碳贝氏体为主的复合组织，晶粒细小均匀，铁素体体积含量少于20％。

The formula was established about calculating design parameters and technological parameters of ideal strip and bent strip in the period of forming. The thesis presented how to calculate the deformed area length and contact are radius of contact deforming between two elastic bodies on condition of the friction. The calculating formula of pinch force about plate-strip pinch mill was given and the results were analyzed that friction coefficient and radius of pinch rolls are very important for determining pinch force. Moreover, the rule of deforming and stress distribution of different 〓 ratio were gained on condition that the deforming was considered to be non-uniform distribution in the gap. The differential equations were got that calculate the displacements of large deflection of elastic cantilever rectangle plate with fixed end and the formula of the Finite Strip Method was conducted to study the regularity of mid-plane displacements, deformation and stresses for elastic-plastic large deflection bend of cantilever parallelogram plate with fixed or slidable end by integrating Prandtl-Reuss equation.

建立了一套完整的设计参数计算公式和在成型过程中理想带钢或具有月牙弯带钢的工艺参数的调整公式；在考虑摩擦力的条件下，对两弹性体接触变形过程中的接触变形区长度和接触弧半径用位移解法进行了研究，推导了板带递送机的递送力计算公式，从而得知在递送机设计过程中，应选择适当摩擦系数和辊身直径；另外，还从辊缝内带钢实际变形出发，分析了对于不同的〓值，带钢的变形规律及应力分布状况；建立了固定端悬臂矩形板弹性大挠度弯曲变形的控制方程，并且在对Prandtl-Reuss方程的积分处理的基础上，导出了固定端和滑动端悬臂平行四边形薄板的弹塑性大挠度的中面伸展位移、变形和应力的有限条元法公式，编写了Fortran语言计算程序，在各种参数条件下，对螺旋焊管成型过程变形规律进行了全面的分析研究，从而为螺旋焊管的生产和进一步的改进提供了理论依据。

When we study the continuous purlin and simply supported purlin, we find that the continuous purlin enhance more significative load-carrying capacity and stiffness than the simple-supported purlin.

It has been shown that the compound treatment can not only result in a considerable degree of desulfuration and cleanliness of steel, but also bring unique inclusion mordifyingeffect of RE into full play: Harmful effects of inclusions to the performance of steel can be eliminated by Rare Earth additions through formation of dispersively distributed, undeformable and stable Rare Earth sulphide and oxysulfide in place of elongated MnS.

结果表明：复合处理不仅可以脱硫、净化钢液，而且充分发挥了稀土的变质夹杂物的特性：稀土金属可以将钢中原有的条状硫化锰夹杂转变为在钢中均匀分布、不易变形的、稳定的球形稀土硫化物和硫氧化物，从而可以消除夹杂对钢材造成的不利影响。

Moreover, its microstructural characters possess several configurations under TEM, which are (1) ferrite laths with obvious interface,(2) ferrite laths without obvious interface, but the interface can be discerned faintly from the linear arrangment of those directional islands,(3) the coexistence of ferrite laths and non--equiaxed grains. These are somewhat different from those of weld structures, which are generally thought to consist of an assemblage of interwoven ferrite laths.

管线用针状铁素体钢热轧板材中有明显界面的板条束或针状片条束；没有明显界面的板条束或针状片条束，可根据条状物或岛状物的有方向性的线状分布依稀辨别界面的存在；板条或针状片条与非等轴晶共存等多种不同形态，并不象焊接组织那样通常是单一的针状片条束或板条束形态。

Results of EBSD show that most of the reversed austenite in the steel treated by QT distribute along the grain boundary, but in the steel treated by two--phase region heat treatment the austenites distribute uniformly along all kinds of boundaries, especially also along the lath martensite boundary in the grain, so the cryogenic toughness can be also improved even the amount of austenitic is lower than that in the steel treated by QT process.

EBSD结果则表明：经两相区处理，回转奥氏体不仅在晶界和板条束界形成，也在晶内的板条界上形成，因此即便在其含量低于淬火+回火处理的条件下， 9Ni钢的低温韧性也有明显提高，证明回转奥氏体的分布也是影响9Ni钢低温韧性的一个主要因素。
