梗概： 利用NCEP1°×1°再分析资料、T213分析资料和常规观测资料，从水汽条件、热力条件、动力条件等方面，对2008年第6号台风"风神"路径、强度变化的原因，及其对江西的影响进行分析。

The text analyses GPS observation model, the characteristic of kinds of errors fountain and the adopting measures in the observation, and processes the thorough research to Bernese GPS Software Ms-Windows Version 4.2. It makes the most stable satellites as the main error. The differential way adopts non-differential way and double differential way. The positioning precision of the single point is decimeter level. RMS is within 0.01~0.02; If the ambiguity right and without week skip, the observation datum of a EPOCH-BY-EPOCH can make the short base line（S0km）positioning precision reach centimeter level.

本文分析了GPS的观测模型、观测量中各种误差源的特点及应采取的措施，并对Bernese GPS Software Ms-Windows Version 4.2 软件进行了深入的研究，它是以最稳定的卫星作为主差，采用非差和双差两种差分方法，单点定位精度在分米级，RMS能在0.01~0.02以内；在模糊度已求解正确条件下，若没有周跳，一个历元的观测数据就可以使短基线（S0km）定位精度达到厘米级。

On the basis of the data obtained from the field observations and wind-tunnel modelling, the calculations and comparisons on probability distribution and density, linear correlation analysis of time series, conditional probability density and so on of wind speeds and directions between various sites are made with the aid of statistical analysis of time series, and changes of these variables with height and representativeness of observation period of meteorological data are also discussed.

Based on analysis of the factors affecting subgrade local scour along the river such as condition of stream,condition of bed form,geometric boundary condition of river,water depth and speed of every section,scour depth of parapet,the progress of scour and the form of stream near parapet were observed through the way of field model experiment.

The result shows:(1) the value of R in situ is higher than 0.8, which is lower than that in lab;(2) the averaged value of relative error in spring tide is higher than that of in neap tide and the value is less than 15%.(3) the particle size is the main factor that influences the precision of OBS, while the biology, the color of particle and water, the air bubble in water have some effect on it.

主要结果有：(1)现场OBS标定R值比室内标定偏低，但也在0.8以上；(2)大潮平均相对误差值变化比小潮大，在悬沙浓度低于1.5kg/立方公尺条件下，大小潮悬沙浓度平均相对误差都在15%以下；(3)悬沙粒径大小是影响OBS观测精度的主要因素，生物、泥沙颜色、水色和水中气泡等因素也对观测结果产生一定影响。

Then, based on the observability of SINS/GPS integrated system it has been concluded that the observability of the attitude errors of the integrated system is very poor, and the nonsingular condition of the obervability matrix has been given by means of the theoretical analysis.
