According to the researches, in order to obtain HP295 steel of high quality, the followings are some measurements and suggestions: optimizing the operation of Ar blowing to help the floating of the inclusions; strengthening the protective casting to avoid the second oxidization; taking rare earth treatment or alkaline-earth metals treatment to improve the distribution and the morphology of inclusions.

根据本研究结果，为了提高HP295钢质，在目前武钢的工艺条件下，减少和改善钢中非金属夹杂，可采取的措施有：优化吹氩工艺，促进夹杂去除；加强对钢水的保护，避免二次氧化；对钢液进行稀土或碱土金属处理以改善夹杂物分布和存在形态等。
