To the schoduling problems arised in FMS, we develop an extended approximate Brownian network model for the multistation inulticlass queueing with general service time distribution, unreliable stations and finite buffers under balanced heavy loading conditions.

本文针对FMS的调度问题，考虑到多台机器、机器不可靠及缓冲库容量有限等特点，在满负载平衡的条件下，建立了一种近似的布朗网络模型，然后基于求解这个模型的最优控制问题而得到的最优队长和最优空闲时间，提出了一种最优控制策略，包括排序策略和输入控制策略，因为不涉及随机变量的分布类型，所以本文的方法适用于一般的FMS。

By in situ hybridization, 53BP2 mRNA expression is revealed in tumor cell nests of NPC paraffin sections. The strong positive particles localize in the nuclei of tumor cells; but slight positive signals are also found in tissue cells of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue, such as lymphocytes and smooth muscle cells; There are also positive signals in the nuclei of hyperplastic squamous epithelial cells. However, 53BP1 mRNA expression is not found in nuclei of tumor cells, tissues of chronic nasopharyngitis and connective tissue.

By the minimum risk Bayes decision theory, this paper develops a new way of image segmentation: establish the mathematics model of image segmentation; estimate the probability density of grey scales and figure out its math-expectation and square difference that accord with normal distribution and the loss function; and judge the every pixel dot in the image according to the minimum risk Bayes decision theory and determine whether it is of target or non-target images, thereby realizing the extraction of the target image.

依据最小风险贝叶斯决策理论，提出了一种基于最小风险贝叶斯决策的图像分割方法。首先建立图像分割的最小风险贝叶斯决策模型，对灰度级类条件概率密度估计出其符合正态分布的数学期望和方差以及损失函数，再依据最小风险贝叶斯决策理论对图像中的每一像素点进行目标图像和非目标图像的类别判断，从而实现目标图像的提取。

The effects of variable properties on flow and heat transfer were also studied. 1. SIMPLEC algorithm was used to simulate the laminar natural convection flow in horizontal concentric annuli with the assumption of constant properties. Numerical studies range are as follows: Ra〓 number 100～10〓, radius ratio 1. 2～10.Velocity and temperature distribution profile and the heat transfer result were derived. The comparison of heat transfer results under the boundary condition of constant heat flux and constant wall temperature was also made.

对水平同心套管内层流自然对流采用SIMPLEC算法进行了数值模拟，在〓，半径比1.2～10范围内使用定物性假设进行了计算，得到有关温度和速度的分布以及相应的换热结果，并比较了内壁面分别处于定热流和定壁温条件下换热结果的差异，根据换热计算的结果整理并拟合有关的换热关联式。

In chapter5, the serial properties of numerical range of operator polynomial are put firstly. Secondly, the relation between numerical range of operator polynomial and n-numerical range are considered. Thirdly, in the light of matrix norm, matrix singular value, the regions and bounds of numerical range and spectrum of operator polynomial are dicussed carefully.

第五章研究了算子多项式数值域的性质、算子多项式数值域与n-次数值域的关系，特别地利用矩阵范数、矩阵的奇异值、非负矩阵的理论、友矩阵为工具，给出了算子多项式数值域及谱的范围全面刻画，并深刻地研究了算子线性束的正则性的等价条件及谱分布。

The main results can beexpressed as follows:(1)Based on πtheory, some affected factors about wave forces are given, and therelation between affected factors and wave forces is analysised by experimentalresults.(2) The distribution of wave press at representative time and reflection nature aregiven and their variety charactes are discussed by experimental results.(3)By comparing the wave forces of quarter-circular breakwater and semi-circularbreakwater under the same wave conditions,some approximately wave forcesexpressions of quarter-circular breakwater are given.(4)Based on VOF method to trace water free surface,solve numerical value ofRANS equation,and get the distributions of flow field and wave press ofquarter-circular breakwater at the same time during one period,the mechanism ofwave force is also discussed elementarily.(5) Based on the result that RANS equation of numerical simulation agree wellwith experimental results,a new approach to study hydraulic natures of quarter-circular breakwater is provided.

其主要结论如下：一、通过π定理，确定影响波浪力的无因次参变量，根据试验结果对其影响因素进行分析；二、基于模型试验，给出典型时刻圆弧面防波堤的同步波压分布和反射特性，讨论它们的变化特点；三、通过相同条件下圆弧面防波堤与半圆型防波堤两种堤型试验波浪力的比较，给出了圆弧面防波堤波浪力的近似方法；四、利用VOF法追踪自由水面，数值求解RANS方程，得到圆弧堤堤体周围的流场和压力场，初步分析了速度涡流与压力场的相互影响；五、对比数值分析与试验结果，探讨数值方法研究圆弧面防波堤水力特性的可行性，提供新的研究途径
