Methods and Materials:Sixteen healthy young college students without requiring medical service for lower limb due to injury in past 6 months accept 8 weeks plyometric exercise training. Using nerve conduction velocity test, surface electromyography, isometric dynamometer, electrogoniometer and ultrasonography to detect the change of (1)muscle activation level.(2)number of α-motorneuron.(3)nerve conduction velocity. And the mechanical properties of muscle-tendon complex are including (1)fascicle length.(2)fascicle angle.(3)fascicle curvature in muscle(4)muscle composition and (1)stiffness (2)hysterisis in tendon and electromechanical delay are also analysis.

材料与方法：16位下肢在六个月内没有因为受伤而接受任何医疗协助的，接受8周增强式训练前后，接受使用神经传导检查，表面肌电图，等长肌力测力仪，电子量角器以及高频影像超音波等工具之量测，以了解肌肉活性改变包括(1)肌肉适应情形(2)神经元的改变(3)神经传导速率的变化以及肌肉肌腱复合体的机械特性，包括肌肉(1)肌束长度(2)肌束与深层腱鞘的角度(3)肌束弯曲度(4)肌肉组成，以及肌腱腱鞘复合体的(1)刚性与(2)迟滞现象以及机电传导延迟时间。

Neuronal cell bodies and fibers with moderate mGluR7-LI were seen in the olfactory bulb,anterior olfactory nucleus,piriform cortex,septofimbrial nucleus,bed nucleus of the strial terminalis,lateral hypothalamic area,paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus,supramammillary nucleus,medial and lateral mammillary nuclei,most part of the thalamus,medial and lateral geniculate bodies,nucleus of the optic tract,red nucleus,substantia nigra,interpeduncular nucleus,pontine nuclei,lateral parabrachial nucleus,superior olivary complex,nucleus of the trapezoid body,motor nucleus of the trigeminal nerve,facial nucleus,ambiguus nucleus,cochlear nucleus,vestibular nuclei,nucleus of the solitary tract,hypoglossal nucleus,prepositus hypoglossal nucleus,medullary reticular formation,Purkinje cells of the cerebellum,nucleus raphe obscurus,intermediolateral nucleus of the spinal cord,Onuf′s nucleus and lamina X of the spinal cord.

Nutrition solution culture, ICP-AES, the differential centrifugation technique and sequential chemical extraction method, suppression subtractive hybridization , RAPD were used in this thesis to study the mechanisms of copper tolerance and accumulation by Commelina communis grown in copper mine deposit which was reported to be a Cu hyperaccumulator, compared with C. communis grown in normal soil. Several aspects were examined, including: difference of copper tolerance and accumulation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil; difference of growth and nutrient accumunation between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; physiological differences between between C. communis grown in copper mine deposit and that grown in normal soil under copper treatment; subcellular distribution and chemical forms of Cu in C. communis; identification of cDNA fragments differentially expressed in C. communis grown in copper mine deposit; genetic diversity and copper tolerance of C. communis, tolerance mechanisms to copper in C. communis are discussed.

Results MRI appearances of acoustic neuromas were:（1）The turmor's growth round the internal auditory canal,the Ⅶ,Ⅷ nerves affected side were thickened than that of opposite side.There was no marked demarcation between the main bodies of the tumors and the affected nerves.The connection between tumors and affected nerves could be showed at contrast enhanced imaging.（2）The tumors were of hypo or isohypo intensity on T1 weighted images and hyper or iso hyper intensity on T2 weighted images.（3）After Gd DTPA administration the tumors were homogeneously or inhomogeneously or circularly enhanced.（4）The margins of the tumors were smooth and well delineated.（5）The affected internal auditory canal usually became shorter in depth and larger in posterior anterior diameter.（6）MRI appearances of micro acoustic neuromas were that the affected Ⅶ,Ⅷ nerves were normal in size or nodularly thickened and the tumor reveaed nodular or point enhancement at contrast enhanced MRI.

结果 听神经瘤的MRI表现主要为：（1）肿瘤以内听道为中心生长，第Ⅶ、Ⅷ神经束较对侧增粗，与肿瘤主体多无明确分界，增强后可见两者相连，颇为特征；（2）肿瘤在T1加权图像上呈低信号、略低信号或低等混合信号，T2加权呈高信号或高等混合信号；（3）注射Gd DTPA后肿瘤呈均匀、不均匀或环状强化；（4）肿瘤边界清晰，边缘光整；（5）绝大多数肿瘤患侧内听道前后径扩大，深径缩短；（6）微小听神经瘤的MRI表现为第Ⅶ、Ⅷ神经束正常或局部结状增粗，造影后呈结节状或点状增强。

The diagrams indicate that microemulsions can only be formed with a certain Combination of SDS and n-bulanol. A stretch of microemulsion domain changing continuously from direct micelles to bicontinuous structures and to reverse micelles exists when the surfactant to cosurfactant ratio is comparatively low, while the direct micelle area is separated from the reverse micelle area by a mesomorphic medium when the surfactant to cosurfactant ratio is comparatively high.

结果表明：只有当SDS与正丁醇配比在一定范围内才形成微乳状液；当SDS含量较低时，存在由正胶束经过双连续结构到逆胶束的大片微乳状液区；当SDS含量较高时，正胶束和逆胶束微乳状液之间被液晶相所分割。

Methods: Adopting electrophysiological methods, the extracellular discharge signals of neuronic action in NTS were recorded with glass microelectrode. The influence of the discharges of NTS neurons responding to the acupuncture at "Zusanli","Neiguan","Zhongwan","Qihai" point were observed in rats' normal status and the condition of intravenous injection Atropine.

采用神经电生理学方法，用微电极细胞外记录大鼠孤束核单个神经元的活动，在正常生理状态下及经血管注射抑制胃运动的药物阿托品后，观察针刺&足三里&、&内关&、&中脘&、&气海&对孤束核神经元放电的影响。

Methods Adopting electrophysiological methods,the extracellular discharge signals of neuronic action in NTS were recorded with glass microelectrodes. The effects of acupuncture at "Zusanli"(ST 36),"Neiguan"(PC 6),"Zhongwan"(CV 12),"Qihai"(CV 6) on discharges of NTS neurons and intra-gastric pressure were observed in the rat at normal physiological state,and increase or reduction of gastric motility.

采用神经电生理学方法，用微电极细胞外记录大鼠孤束核单个神经元的活动，观察在正常生理状态及胃运动增强和胃运动抑制的病理状态下，分别针刺&足三里&&内关&&中脘&&气海&对孤束核神经元放电及胃内压的影响。

PCL could be separated into anterolateral bundle and posteromedial bundle and there were ＂functional bundles＂ in each of them, which guaranteed the rearward stability of tibia in normal range of motion of the knee.

前外侧束与后内侧束中均存在&功能束&，两者的&功能束&联合作用可基本维持膝关节活动范围内胫骨的后向稳定性，&功能束&止点与两束止点中心不吻合。

Results: The Fos-like immunoreactive neurons distributed mainly in the spinal trigeminal subnucleus caudalisipsilaterally and medullary visceral zone (MVZ,including nucleus tractus solitarius,ventrolateral medulla and the reticular formation between the first two),ln the sections processed for double staining of Fos and TH immunohisto chemistry, numerous Fos-LI neurons showed also TH- like immunoreactivity in their cytoplasm(Fos-TH cells)in MVZ.

结果：Fos样免疫反应神经元主要分布在同侧三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核、双侧延髓内脏带(孤束核、腹外侧区及二者之间的网状结构)。在抗Fos 和抗酪氨酸羟化酶的双重免疫染色切片上，见到延髓内脏带内许多Fos阳性神经元的胞浆同时呈TH样免疫反应(Fos-TH双重阳性细胞)。

On the basement of conventional direct fan-beam reconstruction, this paper gives a newly improved algorithm-"fast filtering-backprojection". This method utilizes the symmetrical circle geometry to sample projection data, and reconstructs image on the Polarcoordinate firstly, then translates this reconstructed image onto the cartesian coordinate system with two interpolating operations so that the computer can show the result image on the VGA screen. This algorithm rebates the calculating backprojection greatly, and shortens a few times of reconstructing time than same kinds of means. With the size of image enlarging, the reconstructing time abates with 2 exponent times. In addition, according to the idea of parallel-beam, we rearrange the fan-beams and reconstruct image using parallel-beam method fastly. The rearranging constraint condition is given here.

本文首先在传统的扇束直接重建方法的基础上，提出了一个改进的快速滤波反投影重建算法，它利用旋转采集投影数据的圆周对称的几何关系，先在极坐标系统内进行图象的重建，然后通过两次内插运算再将图象转换到计算机显示方式下的笛卡尔坐标系中去，该方法将以往的直接重建方法中的反投影时所需的运算大大降低，并将重建时间比同类方法缩短了几倍，而且随着重建图象的尺寸的增大，重建时间以2的指数次方倍相对缩短，并获得了较好质量的重建图象；另外，又根据平行束投影重建图象的思想，对扇形射束进行了重排，然后利用平行束重建图象的方法进行扇束的重建，并推导了&扇束重排重建图象&方法的约束条件。
