Results In the distal two - thirds of the upper arm, branches of the median nerve constantly formed three fascicular groups. The anterior part of nerve trunk hosted branches to the pronator teres and the flexor carpi radialis. The posterior part of nerve trunk contained the anterior interosseous nerve and branches to the palmaris longus muscle. Branches to the hand and to the flexor digitorum superficialis which was the main trunk of the median nerve at the proximal forearm were grouped to form the middle part.

The sizes of the self-assembly micelles of the amphiphilic block copolymers and the effects werestudied by dynamic light scattering and UV-visible spectrophotometer. The micelle sizes werelargely influenced bythe hydrophobic chain content in the copolymer, the properties of the solvent and the copolymer concentration in the organic phase. The morphology of the micelles was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Theresults showed that the micelles appeared spheres with inner core and outer shell. The critical association concentrations were determined by pyrene monomer fluorescence probe technology. The degradability of copolymer was studied by the loss of the intrinsic viscosity in the degradation process. The results indicated that the degradation rate of PECL was slower thanthat of PELLA and PEDLLA. The stability of the copolymer micelle dispersion was examined by measuring the critical flocculation concentration, which gradually decreased with increasing the content of thehydrophobic chain in the copolymer. The rheological results showed thatthe viscosity ofthe micelle dispersion with higher content of PEG segments was firstly decreased and then increased with the increasingthe temperature. Otherwise, the variation of viscosity was irregular. The viscosity of the micelle dispersion increased with the increase of the electrolyte (Na 2SO 4) concentrations. Polymer micelles paclitaxel was prepared by self-emulsification/solvent evaporation method and solid dispersion technique with amphiphilic block polymers as the carrier material.

Due to the TomoTherapy machine intrinsic characteristics, some mechanical items, such as the gantry, the couch angle, the collimator etc., do not need to be checked. Results The anterior bundle of ulnar collateral ligament originates from the inferior aspect of the medial epicondyle and inserts immediately adjacent to the joint surface on the ulna near the sublimis tubercle. The posterior bundle originates from the medial epicondyle slightly posterior to its most inferior portion and inserts broadly on the olecranon process. The lateral collateral ligament arises from the inferior aspect of the lateral epicondyle. Two types of conjoined lateral collateral and annular ligamentous insertions on the ulna were observed. Type Ⅰ(61.2％) was bilobate and type Ⅱ(38.8％) was a single broad conjoined type with insertion on the ulna. The anterior band of anterior bundle was more tighten than the posterior band as the elbow flexed less than 60°. When the elbow flexed over 60°, the two parts of anterior bundle were equally tightened. The posterior bundle was tightened as the elbow was flexed more than 90°. The lateral collateral ligament was tightened gradually as the elbow moved in flexion.
