The purposes of this experiment were to investigate the segregation of coat color in swine at vary mating types between Taoyuan and Duroc, and to understand that uniform black coat color of T was weather dominant or not to uniform red color of D, the adjusted Chi-square(χ2 ) test was used to determine the goodness of fit for Mendel's law of segregation.

本试验的目的是调查桃园种与杜洛克猪只各种配种型态产生后代之肤色分离情形，并以矫正之卡方测定进行遗传分离适合度检定，以了解桃园种全黑色肤色的基因与杜洛克全红色肤色基因有无显隐性关系。

It was found greater expression of NRP2-1 and NRP2-2 in pituitary, ovary, uterus and oviduct of ruttish Erhualian than corresponding tissues of ruttish Duroc, which suggested enhancing expression of NRP2 was favorable to increasing litter size. But the difference of NRP2 expression was not significant between two breeds, which suggested the key phase that NRP2 affected litter size was not oestrum probably, or NRP2 could enlarge cell signals and finally affect litter size ascribe that it was the receptor of nerve axon guidance factors.

NRP2-1和NRP2-2在发情期二花脸卵巢、子宫、输卵管中的表达量均大于杜洛克相应组织的表达量，推测NRP2表达水平高可能有利于提高产仔数，但两品种间表达差异不明显，推测NRP2影响产仔数的关键阶段可能不是猪的发情期；另外，NRP2 是神经轴突介导因子的受体，这些神经轴突转导的信号往往有级联放大的功能，虽然NRP2-1和NRP2-2在二花脸和杜洛克卵巢、子宫、输卵管中的表达差异不大，但二花脸有可能通过神经系统转导信号的级联放大最终引起一些效应激素或蛋白的急剧增加，从而提高排卵率或产仔数。

Twelve (IGF1, P450arom, ESR, FSHR, EGF, PAPP-A, DDP4, NRP2, GnRHR, INHA, PRLR, RBP4) of 14 genes detected for expression differences in ruttish Erhualian and Duroc were found expressing greater in Erhualian's uterus than in Durocs', especially RBP4 (relative quantitation=123.35) and ESR (relative quantitation=10.67) showed highly significant differences in two breeds, which suggested enhancing expression of RBP4 and ESR was favorable to early embryonic survival. These results also suggested high litter size of Erhualianwas the results of integrated effect of many genes

检测了包括NRP2 在内的14 个基因在二花脸和杜洛克中的表达差异，其中有12个基因（IGF1、P450arom、ESR、FSHR、EGF、PAPP-A、DDP4、NRP2、GnRHR、INHA、 PRLR、RBP4）在二花脸子宫的表达量均高于杜洛克子宫的表达量，尤其是 RBP4 和ESR（相对定量结果为分别为123.35 和10.67）表现得最为明显，推测RBP4 和ESR 对二花脸早期胚胎的存活可能有促进作用，由此也可以看出二花脸猪的高产仔性状是受多个基因综合作用的结果。

Expression of H-FABP at mRNA in LM and semimembranous muscle of Laiwu pigs and Duroc were measured by real time fluorescence RT-PCR,IMF content were measured.

品种间背最长肌和半膜肌H-FABP基因mRMA的表达差异虽未达到显著水平，但莱芜猪背最长肌和半膜肌H-FABP基因的表达水平均高于杜洛克猪。

The results show that : pig species include Large White, Landrace, Duroc pigs and swine; cattle varieties of Simmental, Shorthorn and Brahman cattle, of Jersey cattle; sheep varieties Boer goats; duck, duck varieties, Cherry Valley Duck, Shaoxing Duck; Chicken varieties are emerging sanhuang, Guangxi top soil chicken, Ma top emerging chicken, black plume bamboo silk chickens and other species.

研究结果表明：（1）猪的品种主要包括大白猪、长白猪、杜洛克猪和香猪；牛的品种有西门塔尔牛、短角牛、婆罗门牛、娟姗牛；羊的品种有波尔山羊；鸭的品种有北京鸭、樱桃谷肉鸭、绍兴麻鸭；鸡的品种有新兴三黄鸡、广西土顶鸡、新兴麻顶鸡、黑羽竹丝鸡等品种。

Polymorphic sites were found only in Yorkshire, Landrace, Duroc and their hybrids, but that were not found in Mm pig and wild pig.
