To investigate feasibility and effect of schizophrenia treatment by stereotactic lesioning, CRW stereotactic apparatus and PICKER spiral CT were used to define nucleus location and RADONICS radiofrequency instruments were used to lesion different subnucleuses of amygdala and the front part of callosal gyrus.

采用CRW立体定向仪和PICKER螺旋CT定位，用RADONICS毁损仪毁损杏仁核不同亚核团和扣带回前部治疗精神分裂症 3 5例，并进行了一年的随访。

Methods CRW stereo tactic apparatus and CT were used to define nucleus location and Radonics radiofrequeney instruments were used to lesion different subneucleus of amygdale and the front part of callosal gyrus. All schizophrenic patients were diagnosed by CCMD-3 standards.

方法对32例难治性精神分裂症患者，采用CRW立体定向仪和CT定位，用Radonics毁损仪毁损杏仁核不同亚核团和扣带回前部，采用临床疗效总评量表、简明精神病量表和阳性与阴性症状量表和韦氏智力量表等评定疗效，并进行1年的随访。

Methods: On the basis of the stereotactic, 37 patients who suffered affective disorder with compulsions were treated by stereotactic technique combined with 3.0 T Magnetic Resonance, Nervousness Navigation System and Electric Impedance Methods with bilateral amygdaloid nuclei, anterior limb of internal capsule, callosal gyrus, nucleus accumbens septi lesion by radio-frequency thermocoagulation.
