结果：175例胃镜检查有异常者为166例，消化性溃疡发生率为15.43%，小儿十二指肠溃疡发生率高于胃溃疡，并以十二指肠球部溃疡多见，胃溃疡以胃窦溃疡多见，胃、十二指肠炎的发生率为94.86%，小儿慢性胃炎发生率明显高于慢性十二指肠炎，其中以慢性浅表性胃炎、胆汁返流性胃炎最多见，慢性糜烂出血性胃、十二指肠炎也不少见，幽门螺杆菌检测阳性率为59.04%，其中消化性溃疡病例检测幽门螺杆菌均为阳性。

结果：175例胃镜检查有异常者为166例，消化性溃疡发生率为15.43%，小儿十二指肠溃疡发生率高于胃溃疡，并以十二指肠球部溃疡多见，胃溃疡以胃窦溃疡多见，胃、十二指肠炎的发生率为94.86%，小儿慢性胃炎发生率明显高于慢性十二指肠炎，其中以慢性浅表性胃炎、胆汁返流性胃炎最多见，慢性糜烂出血性胃、十二指肠炎也不少见，幽门螺杆菌检测阳性率为59.04%，其中消化性溃疡病例检测幽门螺杆菌均为阳性。

To study the relation between host genetic backgroud and the susceptibility to H.pylori associated gastric cancer,PCR-sequencing and PCR-RFLP were used to screen SECRETOR gene polymorphisms in 142 subjects including 69 cancer patients and 73 non-cancer individuals from high-risk area of gastric cancer in Shandong and 93 control individuals from Beijing.

为探讨宿主的遗传背景和幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，H.pylori）相关胃癌的易感性之间的关系，本文采用PCR产物直接测序和PCR-RFLP的方法，检测142例山东临朐县胃癌高发人群个体（包括69例癌症患者和73例非癌个体）和93例北京正常对照个体SE基因多态性的分布特点。

Strains YL001 and YL002 formed a monophyletic clade with strains of X. nematophilus with sequence homology outweighing 99% and the sequence homology to genus Photorhabdus outweighing 94%. The lag, logarithmic, stationary and contabescence phase of the two bacteria were 0-6, 6-18, 18-66 and 66 h respectively; pH of strains YL001 and YL002 reduced to 5.70 and 5.56 at 12 h, respectively, and then rose gradually to 7.74 and 8.07 respectively when culture finished. Glucose content reduced quickly during 0-18 h, and then kept stable. Amido nitrogen content reached the lowest at 12 h and then rose slowly. YL001 exhibited the highest inhibitory effects at 54 h and YL002 exhibited highest inhibitory effects at 42 and 66 h respectively on B. cirerea and B. subtilis. Strains YL001 and YL002 belonged to X.

YL001和YL002菌株与嗜线虫致病杆菌种内菌株形成一个类群，序列同源性大于99%，与发光杆菌属内菌株的序列同源性大于94%。2菌株的延缓期、对数生长期、稳定期和衰亡期分别为0~6，6~18，18~66和66 h；培养12 h后，YL001和YL002菌株发酵液的pH值分别降低至5.70和5.56，此后逐渐上升，至发酵结束时其pH值分别为7.74和8.07；培养0~18 h时2菌株发酵液中还原糖含量迅速降低，此后保持稳定；12 h时氨基氮含量达到最低，此后开始缓慢上升；YL001菌株培养54 h后及YL002菌株培养42和66 h后，其对番茄灰霉病菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最强。

In this study we build a Mycobacterium marinum random mutant libratory with MycoMarT7 transposon phage, found two cell wall virulence genes with colony morphology and cording structure strategy and build up virulence detection system in cell and animal model. We concluded that PDIM is critical for the virulence of Mycobacterium marinum.

本课题利用MycoMarT7噬菌体建立了海分枝杆菌随机突变库，以海分枝杆菌为模型筛选出两个分枝杆菌细胞壁毒力相关基因，并建立了海分枝杆菌的毒力检测系统，发现PDIM在海分枝杆菌的致病性中起到重要重要的作用。

Multiplex-PCR detection method for Pasteurella multocida and Haemophilus parasuis had been developed based on published single PCR for these pathogens. The PCR reagents, annealing temperature and the PCR procedure were optimized and the primers were screened, the PCR products including 457bp of PM and 1090bp of HPS were obtained just by one test.

在已经建立的多杀性巴氏杆菌、副猪嗜血杆菌的单项PCR诊断方法的基础上，通过对扩增条件和引物的筛选，成功地建立了PM、HPS复合PCR诊断方法，利用一次PCR反应，即可同时扩增多杀性巴氏杆菌的457 bp和副猪嗜血杆菌的1090 bp的特异性片段。

Additionally, 75 volatile chemical constituents have been identified from the petroleum ether extracted part by capillary GC-MS, and the relative percentages of them are determined by GC method. The result showed that the volatile constituents of Musella lasiocarpa mainly includes advanced alkane, aliphatic acid and ester, aldehyde, ketone, aromatic and its heterocyclic compounds. With the compounds that have been isolated and identified from Musella lasiocarpa, the biogenensis pathway of new compound MT-3 is approached. Furthermore, the bacteriostasis of the 6 compounds to Escherichia coil, Pseudomonas aerusinosa, Bacillus megaterium, Sarcina lutea and Bacillus subtilic are determined by flat dilution method.

此外，从其石油醚萃取部分用毛细管色谱法分析鉴定出75种挥发性化学成分，并测定了各组分的相对百分含量，结果表明，地涌金莲挥发性化学成分以高级烷烃、高级脂肪酸酯及醛、酮、芳香和芳香杂环化合物为主；根据从地涌金莲中鉴出和分离得到的化合物，探讨了新结构化合物MT-3的生源代谢途径；采用平板稀释法测定了地涌金莲中六种化学成分对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、藤黄八叠球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌作用。

ABSTRACT:Nine proteins encoded by Mycobacterium tuberculosis RD1 region are important protective antigens that become absent in long passaging of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. They only exist in pathogenic Mycobacteria and are absent in Bacille Calmette-Guerin and environmental Mycobacteria. With good immunogenicities, they may play an important role in the diagnosis and prevention of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
