Results Isolating 1 358 pathogenic bacteria from 4 665 samples,which include 1 217 bacilli and 141 fungus.Among the 1 217 bacilli,Gram negative bacilli and Gram positive coccus were 800(65.7 %) and 417(34.3 %) respectively.

结果4 665份标本中，分离到1 358株病原菌，其中细菌1 217株，真菌141株；1 217株细菌中，革兰阴性杆菌800株，占65.7%；革兰阳性球菌417株，占34.3%。

Results: 41 patients had lower tract infection,24 were G- bacillus patients,accounted for 63.4%,15 were G+ coccus,accounted for 36.6%,11 were staphylococcus patients,bacteria drug resistance was higher among these patients.

结果：重症脑出血微创术后气管切开病人下呼吸道感染41例，其中G-杆菌26例占63.4%，G+球菌15例占36.6%，其中金葡菌11例，药敏仍以敏感菌株为主，但耐药菌株有增多趋势。

MRS and modified TJA culture medium were taken as the foundation culture medium, and 8 strains were isolated from natural fermented meat products in this paper. 4 strains were identified as lactic acid bacteria, among which, three are bacillus, one is coccus.
