Re-sults:it was shown that Nano MgO had excellent germicidal efficacy to the Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.To such spore as Bacillus subtilis var.niger spore,Nano MgO also produced good germicidal effect.It was proposed that abrasiveness,alka-linity,electrostatic attraction,and oxidizing power of nano MgO all combined to promote these biocidal properties.

结果： ①纳米氧化镁能有效杀灭大肠杆菌，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢也有显著的杀灭效果；②纳米氧化镁对金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢有很好的抑菌作用；③纳米氧化物的磨蚀性、碱性、氧化性以及对微生物的静电吸附使它具有抑菌和杀菌作用。

Methods The Enterobacter cloacae were isolated from the patients with nosocomial infection.

Conclusions］There is a significant difference at protein level between untreated and ethambutol treated mc2155 cells. It suggests that the differential expression analysis of proteomes may be useful for further study on microbiostatic mechanism of ethambutol and search for new targets toward anti-TB drug development.

结论］乙胺丁醇处理前后耻垢分枝杆菌mc2155细胞的蛋白质组具有差异，这种蛋白质组的差异分析有助于进一步研究乙胺丁醇抑制分枝杆菌生长的作用机制并为寻找新的抗结核药物作用靶标奠定基础。

［Objective］To investigate the microbiostatic mechanism of ethambutol, proteomic methods were used to find differential expression proteins in Mycobacterium smegmatis mc2155 cells treated with ethambutol.

［目的］利用蛋白质组学方法，识别乙胺丁醇处理前后耻垢分枝杆菌mc2155细胞后差异表达的蛋白质，为进一步探讨乙胺丁醇抑制分枝杆菌生长的作用机制及寻找新的抗结核药物作用靶标奠定基础。

Results Synergized by microwave under the power of 210W, chlorhexidine and benzalkonium bromide represented weak activity for killing Bacillus subtilis var. niger, glutaraldehyde and ortho-phthalaldehyde presented obvious enhanced activity.

结果 在微波输出功率为210W的协同作用下，低效消毒剂显现微弱杀枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞活性，高效消毒剂杀枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的活性则显著增强。

Meanwhile, a new biger genetic group containing 6 cilicate sWains was formed, and it was different from the reference strains. The phylogenic tree of the representative sWains HLJ01 (GenBank accession EF031269) and HB 16 (GenBank accession EF031270) was constructed by analysis of the 16S rDNA full sequence, the results of analysis of 16S rDNA sequence revealed that swain HLJ01, HB 16 and Bacillus mucilaginosus and Bacillus edaphicus were located in the same phylogenic branch. HLJ01 and HB16 had high homology with Bacillus mucilaginosus in the phylogenic tree, but the 16S rDNA sequence of HLJ01 only has the identity of 96.7% with Bacillus mucilaginosus, and of HB16 has the identity of 95.5% with Bacillus mucilaginosus.

根据16S rDNA-RFLP聚类结果，选取供试硅酸盐细菌菌株HLJ01和HB16作为代表测定了其16S rDNA全序列，其Genbank序列登录号分别为EF031269和EF031270.16SrDNA序列分析表明：代表菌株HLJ01与HB16虽然与胶质芽胞杆菌位于同一个系统发育分支，但相似性分别只有96.7％、95.5％；与土壤芽孢杆菌的相似性则分别为94.6％和93.3％。

The results showed that Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans could effectively solubilise realgar and 16.3% arsenic dissolution could be achieved in 30 days under the conditions of pH 1.8 in Iron free 9 K medium (with additional 1.0g of ferrous iron per liter and 0.5% of realgar), 150 rpm, 30°C. In conclusion, we have isolated and identified two strains of Hps, fifteen standard positive sera for serotyping were produced and 96 Hps isolates were serotyped.
