结果表明，引起本地奶牛子宫内膜炎的主要致病菌是链球菌，其次是大肠埃希氏杆菌，葡萄球菌，绿脓杆菌；新促孕液能能迅速减少病牛子宫内细菌的数量，在体外对这些细菌也有较强的抑制作用；新促孕液对兔子宫有明显的兴奋性作用，主要表现在收缩波幅的加大；新促孕液能降低病牛血清异常升高的孕酮含量，升高异常降低的雌二醇含量。
