在农杆菌介导的皱叶生菜子叶(2～3 day苗龄)转化试验中，采用含BA 0.2mg/L，NAA 0.1 mg/L，Kan 100 mg/L，Carb 500 mg/L的MS培养基，最优的转化条件为农杆菌稀释倍数为10倍，预培养时间为1 day，共培养时间为4 day，浸染时间为15 min，不添加乙酰丁香酮。

Secondly, Bifidobacterium medium was developed using JAJ as main material. The results showed that: Adding Tryptone,soy peptone.beef extract,com extract and Cys-HCl to JAJ could obviously promote the growth of Blm and Bbm;By the orthogonal experiment of three elements and three levels,a satisfying JAJ compound medium was acquired which included corn extract(0.3%), soy peptone(0.05%)and Cys-HCl(0.025%).Nextly,after establishing a selective Bifidobacterium medium, the effects of JAJ on the growth of Bifidobacteria in vivo were studied,using healthy mouse of Kunming species as experimental animal.

研究了以菊芋汁为主要原料的双歧杆菌培养基，大量试验结果表明，在菊芋汁中添加胰蛋白胨、牛肉膏、大豆蛋白胨、玉米浆和半胱氨酸盐酸盐等成分，对双歧杆菌有明显的促进生长作用；利用大豆蛋白胨、玉米浆和半胱氨酸盐酸盐设计了三因素三水平的正交试验，确定了菊芋汁复合培养基的优化配方：菊芋汁+0.3％玉米浆+0.05％大豆蛋白胨+0.025％半胱氨酸盐酸盐。

The number of autoterophic bacteria were significantly lower than the heterotrophic bacteria. Majority of 21 strains of heterotrophic bacteria that isolated from water body were Pseudomonas. Results: Among 327 gram-negative bacillus isolated from patients in ICU, the nonfermentative bacteria covered 65.41%(214/327), pseudomonas aeruginosa, stenotrophomonas maltophilia and ancinetobacter baumanni were the main nonfermentative bactria, the resistance rate of pseudomonas aeruginosa, stenotrophomonas maltophilia and ancinetobacter baumanni to imipenem were over 31%, and the isolated bacteria showed serious multidrug-resistance.

Methods From June 2005 to March 2008, treated 20 cases of the nontuberculous mycobacteria hand infection patients after the start of functional rehabilitation treatment time were divided into Group A, B, each of 10 cases, both surgical debridement and anti-Mycobacterium therapy, rewirable after the first day until the wound for wound healing time, follow-up to 6 months after the operation, observe the wound healing time and the recurrence; according to the joint activity score standard score comparison group A, B group of before and after six months of the functional differences.

对2005年6月～2008年3月收治的20例手部非结核分枝杆菌感染患者按术后开始进行功能康复治疗的时间随机分为A组（术后1周）、B组（术后3周），每组10例，均行手术清除病灶和抗分枝杆菌治疗，以术后第一日起至伤口拆线为伤口愈合时间，随访到术后6个月，观察伤口愈合时间、复发情况；根据关节活动度评分标准评分比较A组、B组术前与术后6个月功能的差异。
