Objictive:To identify the strain of different lactobacilli and the distribution of Lactobacillus in the vagina of female genital tract.

目的：鉴定女性生殖道乳杆菌种类及各种乳杆菌在阴道中的分布差异。

Mixtures of the final whole cultures of recombinant strains Bt B601, Bt B611, Bt B640, Bt U 30(expressing Cry4Aa, Cry4Ba, Cry11Aa and Cyt1Aa protein of Bacillus thurigiensis subsp. israelensis respectively) and Bt CW 3(expressing the Binary toxin of Bacillus sphaericus ) were used in bioassays against resistant Cpq larvae to value the synergism among the mosquito larvicidal toxins.

本研究测定了分别表达苏云金芽孢杆菌Cry4Aa、Cry4Ba、Cry11Aa、Cyt1Aa和球形芽孢杆菌二元毒素Bin的转化菌株Bt B60 1、Bt B611、Bt B640、Bt U 30和Bt CW 3全发酵培养物两两或两两以上不同组合对抗性库蚊的毒力，分析了杀蚊毒素间的协同作用。

This study has discussed that Lactic acid bacteria are isolated from 752 samples of milk and other dairy products, collected from 500 household in pastoral areas in Inner mongolia, and its biological properties are analyzed and studied.765 strains of lactic acid bacteria, including 28 species of Lactobacellus,2 species strains of Bifidobacterium, 9 species strains of Enterococcus, 3 species strains of Lactococcus, 1 specie of Streptococcus, 6 species of Leuconostoc,1 specie of Pediococcus , are identified.

从代表内蒙古牧区不同地域特点和独特生态环境的9个盟市18个牧业旗500多户牧民家庭，以目的采样和层次分类随机采样相结合的方法，共采集鲜乳及乳制品样品752份，分离到947株乳酸菌，并用形态、染色、培养特性及生化反应等实验对其进行了鉴定，有765株实验菌株分别归于7个属50个种和亚种，其中归于乳杆菌属的有28个种和亚种；归于双歧杆菌属的有2个种；归于肠球菌属的有9个种；归于链球菌属的有1个种；归于乳球菌属的有3个种和亚种；归于明串珠菌属的有6个种和亚种；归于片球菌属的有1个种。

A total of 13 bands were obtained and 6 of them (A1, A3, A4, A5, A9, A10) were sequenced. The sequences are similar to Leuconostoc mesenteroides (GenBank Access No.AY453065), some uncultured bacteria (AJ318147, AF227834, AJ576427), Ethanologenbacterium (AY434722), Clostridiaceae (AB084627), etc.

共得到13个可辨晰的SSCP条带，对其中的6条带(A1，A3，A4，A5，A9，A10)进行了测序分析，分别同嗜柠檬酸明串球菌(GenBank登录号：AY453065，下同)、未培养细菌(AJ318147，AF227834，AJ576427)、产乙醇杆菌(AY434722)、梭杆菌(AB084627)等相似性较大。

Signal peptide sequence was removed lest it couldnt be recognized by Bacillus subtilis, gene coding for mature peptide was ligated to downstream of sacB signal peptide sequence of pWB980 to form a new ORF and generate pWB980-LipA, gene coding for its chaperone was also amplified and ligated to the downstream of LipA to generate a secretion/expression vector pWB980-LipAB.thechaperone gene was sequenced and analyzed by multiple alignments, resulted showed that there were mutations of nucleotides(1～7) and amino acids (1～2) with the other reported genes.

为了防止枯草芽孢杆菌信号肽酶不能识别脂肪酶的信号肽，切除掉脂肪酶的信号肽编码序列，与枯草芽孢杆菌分泌表达质粒pWB980连接并与质粒上的SacB信号肽构成一个完整的开放式阅读框，获得重组质粒pWB980-LipA，因为该脂肪酶的活性表达需要一个特异性分子伴侣帮助折叠成有活性的构象，将脂肪酶分子伴侣基因串连到脂肪酶基因的下游，获得重组分泌表达载体pWB980-LipAB并且测序分析分子伴侣的基因序列和氨基酸序列并与其它报导的序列进行了比对，发现有1到7个碱基的差异和1到2个氨基酸残基的突变。

Objective A prospective study was organized to determine the accuracy and costeffectiveness of the TB AccuProbe DNA hybridization test,the PCR bases LiPA assay,and a verifying automated DNA sequencing of the rpoβ gene,for the routine rapid and direct identification of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex and Non Tuberculosis Mycobacterium and rifampin susceptibility.

目的用 3种先进的技术-TBAccuProbeDNA杂交法、INNO LIPATMRIF TB探针试验和rpoβDNA基因序列测定的前瞻性研究，以鉴定结核分枝杆菌复合物和非结核分枝杆菌及其成本效益。

Lactobacillus plantarum had lipolytic activity. Bacillus subtilis not only had the lipolysis but also had proteolysis.Single strains fermenting experiment showed that, the effect of different strain to the pH, acidity, the total amino acid were not signifient, Pediococcus pentosaceusand Lactobacillus plantarum could improve the content of free amino acid in dried beef.

研究结果表明：沃氏葡萄球菌、腐生葡萄球菌和植物乳杆菌只有脂肪酶活性，无蛋白酶活性；松鼠葡萄球具有弱蛋白酶活性；木糖葡萄球菌具有弱脂肪酶活性；戊糖片球菌具有脂肪酶活性，而蛋白酶活性较弱；枯草芽孢杆菌具有两种酶活性。

Results There was no hybridizing reaction with other Mycobacterium except human MTB, cow MTB, Microtus and Africa Mycobacterium.
