Adopting duple diluent method and stiletto method and external antibacterial test on escherichia coli, solmonella paratyhpi , staphylicoccus aureus, streptococcus,, pseudomonas aeruginosa , Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, pasteurellosis to get the MIC and MBC, we studied antibacterial effect of the Copmounds Solatium Iyratum Thunb injection.

本研究采用试管二倍稀释法和打孔法对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、绿脓杆菌、丹毒杆菌、巴氏杆菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度及体外抑菌试验，研究复方白毛藤注射液抗菌作用。

The main pathogens of VAP were Gram negative organisms (68.63%) whose predominant pathogens were Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter. On the other hand, 75.40% of Gram positive organisms were Staphylococcus epidermidis.Of the pathogens 20.98% were eumycetes. Compared from June 1996 to June 2001 with from July 2001 to June 2006,there was no significant difference on the incidence rate of P.aeruginosa(31.76% vs 31.58%).During the recent 10 years,the incidence of Acinetobacter rose up from 8.23% to 15.23% and the rate of oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis rose up from 18.75% to 71.43%. The sensitivity of P.aeruginosa and Acinetobacter isolates descended to sodium imipenem cilastatin and ceftazidime in past 10 years.

在538例VAP中，2种及2种以上致病菌感染占56.51%；革兰阴性细菌中，铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属为VAP的主要致病菌(68.63%)(385/561)；表皮葡萄球菌感染为VAP的主要革兰阳性致病菌(75.40%)(95/126)；真菌占20.98%(183/872)；铜绿假单胞菌在两个时间段所占比例无明显变化，不动杆菌属的检出率呈上升趋势(8.23%～15.23%)；铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属对亚胺培南、头孢他啶的敏感性明显下降，耐苯唑西林表皮葡萄球菌的检出率显著升高(18.75%～71.43%)。

The results showed the selected strains,Candida kefyr 37,Candida lambica 58,Saccharomyces cerevisiae 100 and Lactobacillus fermentum 166A grew well in milk.Various interactions between L.fermentum 166A and yeasts were also investigated.

探讨了发酵乳杆菌与酵母菌间的相互作用，在发酵过程中3株酵母菌均对发酵乳杆菌166A的生长有促进作用，发酵乳杆菌166A能抑制乳酒假丝酵母37的生长。

The bacterium Flavobacterium columnare is the pathogen causing columnaris disease, a world-wide bacterial fish disease causing heavy economical losses in aquaculture industry, and is a pathogen in China causing bacterial gill-rot disease, a serious disease in several major cultured fish species including the grass carp Ctenopharyngodon idellus .

本研究以柱状黄杆菌和草鱼为对象，以蛋白质组学技术为手段，用比较蛋白质组学的方法研究了柱状黄杆菌强毒株和弱毒株差异表达的胞外蛋白，研究了柱状黄杆菌外膜蛋白和草鱼鳃粘液的蛋白质组。

Results:The results showed that rate of the drug fast is very high. As the bacteria distribution ,the main pathogenic bacteria was the gram-negative bacilli(65.33 %), the second pathogenic bacteria was the gram-positive cocci(18.29%). and the mycetes(16.38%) occupied the third. In gram-negative bacilli the most were Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli;Staph is the main pathogenic bacteria in gram-positive cocci;and in mycetes the main pathogenic bacteria were Candida albicans and Candida glabrate.

结果：EICU医院感染病原菌多为耐药菌，病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主占65.33％、革兰阳性球菌第二占18.29％、真菌第三占16.38％；革兰阴性杆菌中以铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌及大肠埃希菌为主；革兰阳性菌主要以葡萄球菌属为主；真菌以白假丝酵母、光滑假丝酵母菌为主。

93 Target gene were detected by Tem-PCR from 75 specimen, they were: Hemophilus influenzae 40, Streptococcus penumoniae 36, Acinetobacter baumannii 10, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 4, Staphylococcus aureus 3, the other 9 kinds of bacterium including Escherichia coli、Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobactor cloacae were not detected by Tem-PCR, the positive rate of Tem-PCR was 39.9%(75/188).(3) For the 14 kinds of bacterium designed by Tem-PCR, compared with the culture, the sensitivity、specificity and coincidence of Tem-PCR is 51.0%, 68.0%, 58.3% respectively.

2经Tem-PCR技术扩增后，188例标本在Luminex100多功能悬浮点阵仪中有75例呈阳性，共检测出93株病原菌的靶基因，分别是流感嗜血杆菌40株，肺炎链球菌36株，鲍曼氏不动杆菌10株，铜绿假单胞菌4株，金黄色葡萄球菌3株，另外9种Tem-PCR已设计的细菌包括肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌等均未检出，Tem-PCR的阳性率是39.9%(75/188)。

Two strains of bacteria, named as TJ-1 and TJ-2, were isolated from enrichment with crude oil as a sole carbon source. Strain TJL-1 and Strain TJL-2 were isolated with hexadecane as a sole carbon source. The 16SrDNA identified results showed that the four strains of TJ-1, TJ-2, TJL-1 and TJL-2 were Bacillus pumilu , Acinetobacter venetianus , Oceanobacillus Picturae , Bacillus pumilus , respectively.

结果表明，利用2216E平板从以原油和正十六烷为碳源的富集液中各得到两株菌，分别为TJ-1、TJ-2和TJL-1和TJL-2，分子生物学方法鉴定结果表明，这4株菌分别为短小芽孢杆菌、威尼斯不动杆菌、 Oceanobacillus Picturae 和短小芽孢杆菌。
