The fact that the pink plants were predominant among the population of RP1 cross progeny hints that the pink had the strong descendiblity, Whereas another fact that the plants with the color of another parent were predominant among the population of R01 cross progeny indicates that the nacarat/saffron plant had the low descendiblity. The above results suggest that it is better to choose the pink plants with the target color flower of breeding as a parents when arranging the cross combination. Many novel flowers with singular value of view and admire can be bred by the different cross combination since the wide segregation chromatogram is not confined to the parents'.

［Objective］To explore the effect of continuous physiological osteogenic stress on the bone healing of canine iliopectineal crest.［Method］Ten adult mixed breed dogs without significant individual difference were made transverse fracture at bilateral iliopectineal crest 1.5 cm above the dome of acetabulum,which were fixed with ATMFS or steel plate respectively. The animals were sacrificed and specimens were procured at 2,4,6,8 and 12 weeks after operation.Samples from the fracture gaps were investigated by histology of HE and Masson staining,image pattern analysis of new bone formation.

Additionally, 75 volatile chemical constituents have been identified from the petroleum ether extracted part by capillary GC-MS, and the relative percentages of them are determined by GC method. The result showed that the volatile constituents of Musella lasiocarpa mainly includes advanced alkane, aliphatic acid and ester, aldehyde, ketone, aromatic and its heterocyclic compounds. With the compounds that have been isolated and identified from Musella lasiocarpa, the biogenensis pathway of new compound MT-3 is approached. Furthermore, the bacteriostasis of the 6 compounds to Escherichia coil, Pseudomonas aerusinosa, Bacillus megaterium, Sarcina lutea and Bacillus subtilic are determined by flat dilution method.
