All somatic cells of TypesⅠplants contained 16 B genome chromosomes which formed 8Ⅱat diakinesis and shown8:8 segregation at anaphase; TypesⅡcontained 14 B genome chromosomes whichformed 6Ⅱ+2Ⅰat diakinesis and showed 6:8 or 7:7 segregation at anaphase. 同时根据B基因组DNA为探针的GISH结果，以细胞中B基因组染色体的数目及减数分裂时的配对及分离的方式，将所有杂种植株分为三大类：Ⅰ类具有16条B基因组染色体，以8Ⅱ的方式配对，以8：8分离，共32株；Ⅱ类具有14条B基因组染色体，以6Ⅱ+2Ⅰ方式配对，以7：7或者6：8的方式分离，共4株：Ⅲ类植株包含有上述两种细胞类型类型，共1株。

Some somatic hybrids used as rootstocks have been selected through somatoplasm fusion. Some methods in early identification on stability of inherence and copatiblity and dwarf are explored, and they need improving. Rootstocks having some virtues have been selected, but they cannot take the leading place of trifoliate orange. The research method that the rootstocks are only compared with each other should be altered into that the rootstocks and given control measures or environmental conductions are connected to make the rootstocks compared with each other.

在砧木选择研究进展上，中国调查出和引进了一些优良的柑橘砧木种质资源，通过体细胞融合选育出一些可作为柑橘砧木的柑橘体细胞杂种资源；在柑橘砧木资源的遗传稳定性、嫁接亲和性和矮化性等早期鉴定上，探索出一些有待完善的鉴定方法；在砧木选择上，选出一些具有某些优点的砧木，但尚不能冲击枳砧的主导地位，并且选择研究方法有必要把现行单纯的砧木比较改为与砧木种类、栽培技术或环境条件相结合进行比较。

研究结果表明，崖城01－21的体细胞染色体核型公式为2n＝104＝100m+4sm（4SAT），最长与最短染色体的长度比为4.25，平均臂比1.35，染色体属2C型，分子鉴定结合细胞学研究认为其为斑茅的真实后代，其染色体遗传为n+n；崖城01－36经ITS签定为真实杂种，其体细胞染色体核型公式为2n＝132＝130m+2sm，最长与最短染色体的长度比为3.94，平均臂比1.27，染色体属2B型，结合其性状的进展，推断亲本向其传递染色体可能以2n+n的方式进行。

Fromthese facts,It could be deduced that 8 to 14 pairs of chromosomes possessed a certaindegree of hetorology,which was directly groved to be hybrid origin of P.tomentosaaccording to the good chromosome homology and fertility of P.bolleana and thehybrids of P.tomentosa×P.bolleana,it could be further deduced that the original parentsof P.tomentosa involved probably P.bolleana or P.alba.

从终变期、中期I的染色体构型看，有数目不等的联会程度较差的单价体和棒状二价体出现，在后期I，甚至末期I亦可见到含落后染色体分裂相的细胞，由此推断可能有8~14对染色体表现出一定程度的异源性，鉴于新疆杨以及毛白杨与新疆杨杂交产生的杂种毛新杨的染色体同源性较强、育性较好等现象，进一步推断毛白杨起源亲本可能包括新疆杨或银白杨。

Results of grafting trial shows: the budding survival rate on hybrid UCB-I was higher commonly than that on the Pistacia atlantica Desf; On two rootstocks, one-year-old branch performed better than twoyear-old stem; In mid August, the highest budding survival rate was attained with two rootstocks; After treatment with 50、100ppm IBA and 50ppm 6-BA, the budding survival rate on hybrid UCB-I was decreased, but the budding survival rate on Pistacia atlantica was increased evidently, particularly it has been increased 22. 8％ by treatment of 100ppm IBA.
