METHODS Twelve hybrid canines with ARDS were randomized to two groups, and were connected to pumpless extracorporeal lung assist. In group A,the shunt was 25%,20%,15%,10% in turn.In group B,the shunt was 10%,15%,20%,25%. All shunts were continuous for 1 hour. The artery pressure, heart rate and pulmonary artery pressure were recorded in each shunt end before the next shunt beginning.

建立犬ARDS模型，连接pECLA装置，将12只杂种犬随机分为两组，A组采用心排量的25％，20％，15％，10％的分流量顺序进行分流，B组采用心排量的10％，15％，20％，25%的分流量顺序进行分流，各分流量持续1小时，分别记录pECLA模型在模型建成后稳定一小时和各分流量末时的体循环血压，心率，肺循环血压。

The new yeast strain HU-KDF-185 screened from interspecific fusants between Saccharomyces cerevisiae and S.diaslaticus demonstrates a high-yield producer of ethanol, The strain produces 30.77% of ethanol on account of fermented materials when it ferments saccharified liquid (about 5.0-5.5 Brix) prepared from dried sweet potato-residuces after making starch in the productive fermentation test of Xian Ju distillery.

Maize inbreds belonging to 3 maize heterotic groups including Reid, Tangsipingtou and compound germplasm were studied to determine the influence of genotypes, media and plant regulators on the embryo-derived calius induction and green plant regeneration. Immature embryos (1.0~2.0 mm) from selfed ears were harvested as explants. Callus could be induced from all the tested inbreds. However, plant regeneration was only obtained in 12 genotypes.

以Reid、唐四平头和其它种质等3个杂种优势类群共19份玉米自交系为试验材料，以玉米幼胚作为外植体，研究了基因型、培养基和激素对玉米幼胚愈伤组织的诱导及植株再生的影响，结果表明供试材料均能进行愈伤组织的诱导，但是仅有12个自交系能再生植株。N6和改良N6培养基有助于提高愈伤组织的质量及其生长速度。2，4-D在愈伤组织的诱导中起着关键性作用。

Results of interpopulation crossing test of mating, fertilization rate, embryo growth and hatchability under the condition of cage feeding indicated that:(1) due to difference in body size, morphology, habits and characteristics and reproducing season, crossing fertility between wild Japanese quail in China and domestic quail population was lower than that of intrapopulation mating, but fertilized egg through reciprocal crossing could be incubated and produced F1 without prezygotic isolation;(2) crossing of wild male quail ?female small-type domestic quail produced the best effect among all combinations of reciprocal crossings.

通过关于笼饲环境下交配行为、受精率、胚胎发育、种蛋孵化率的种群间杂交试验证明：由于体量、形态、习性、繁殖季节性的差异，我国境内的野生日本鸣鹑与家鹑群体之间的杂交能育性低于同种群交配水平，但可以实现正、反杂交，产生受精卵、孵出杂种一代，不存在合子前生殖隔离；在正反杂交组合中，以野雄鹑X小型雌家鹑的效果最好。

In maize, the results indicated that the patterns of gene expression altered obviously in cross-fertilized kernels as compared to self-fertilized kernels, major difference of gene expression occurred in the qualitative level. Further analysis indicated that higher percentage of total differentially expressed cDNA was observed in highly heterotic hybrid than in non-heterotic hybrid.

By using gene-family-specific primers, we found MADS-box, Ser/Thr protein kinase showed significantly differential expression patterns between reciprocal cross-fertilized kernels and their parents, indicating that MADS-box and ser/thr protein kinase may also play important roles in wheat heterosis.
