Based on the Liriodendron interspecies hybridization study by professor Ye Peizhong,according to the satisfying and exact mating system and field design,the reciprocal cross with extensive genetic background of Liriodendron tulipifera Linn., the backcross and F 1 crossing which had never been made, and the genetic analysis of heterosis of the hybrid tulip tree were carried out.

在叶培忠先生的鹅掌楸属种间杂交育种研究基础上按遗传设计与环境设计开展了扩大北美鹅掌楸遗传基础条件下的正反交以及前人从未做过的回交和F1 间杂交，并进行了杂种马褂木杂种优势的遗传分析。

The many hybrid wheat combinations were bred by 4 male sterile types of alloplasmic wheat with Ae.kotschyi,Ae.variabilis,Ae.ventricosa and Ae.bicornis cytoplasms and some restoring lines,and their seed qualities were analysed.

利用具有粘果山羊草(Ae.kotschyi)、易变山羊草(Ae.variabilis)、偏凸山羊草(Ae.ventricosa)和二角山羊草(Ae.bicornis)异源细胞质小麦雄性不育系(以下简称粘、易、偏和二角型)组配成不同组合的杂种小麦，研究这4种不育系对杂种小麦籽粒品质的影响。

The frequency of cells with univalent at MI and with lagging chromosomes and chromosomal bridge at A I in PMC of F1 hybrids of 4 alloplasmic 1BL:/1RS and non-1BL/1RS wheat male sterile lines with Aegilops kotschyi,Ae. variabilis,Ae.ventricosa and Ae.bicornis cytoplasms were systematically investigated,and the relationship between FCU at M I,FCLB at A I and F1 selfed seed set was analyzed.

系统调查了4类异质(粘果、易变、偏凸、二角山羊草细胞质)1BL/lRS、非1BL/1RS小麦雄性不育系与其恢复系杂种F减数分裂中期Ⅰ出现单价体细胞频率，以及后期Ⅰ出现落后染色体和染色体桥细胞频率，并对中、后期染色体变异率与杂种F自交结实率进行了相关分析。

Crossing combinations of Soybean heterosis were stadied i n 1996～2000. The first yield test indicated that the soybean had clea r heterosis . At the same time, 161 comparative high-superiority combinatio ns selected by the test amounted to 80.9%in total. And 69 combinations are amang the high-superiority crosses in total with 34%.

经过1996～2000年5年的研究，共配制杂种优势测定组合199个，通过第一次产量鉴定表明，大豆具有明显的杂种优势，并筛选出F1超高亲、超对照优势率均为正值，且二者平均值大于10％的较强优势组合161个，占全部组合的80.9％。F1 超高亲、超对照优势率均大于20 ％的高优势组合69个占全部组合的34％。

In order to investigate whether fragments of Sugarcane bacilliform virus were integrated into Saccharum inter-specific hybrids genome, a DNA fragment homologous to SCBV was amplified from a hybrid sugarcane plant Saccharum inter-specific hybrids var.

The reciprocal F〓 of cross G. arboreum×G. herbacium were also isobilateral leaves, while reciprocal F〓 cross of G. hirsutum×G. barbadense were also dorsiventral leaves. The quadrispecific hybrids F〓 were isobilateral leaves, regardless of their cytoplasms. The structures of the leaf stalks and the stems were analogous to each other among the four cultivated cotton species except their diameters varied with species.

四个栽培棉种及其种间杂种F〓的形态学和细胞遗传学观察四个栽培棉种的植株、叶片、茎杆以及花器等器官都有明显的差异；叶片、茎杆以及叶柄的横切面结构观察结果表明，两个二倍体栽培棉种的叶片横切面构造为等面叶，两个四倍体栽培棉种却均为背腹叶；F〓正反交的叶片也为等面叶，F〓正反交F〓仍为背腹叶，而它们的四元杂交种均为等面叶；四个栽培棉种的叶柄和茎的横切面结构基本一致，只是直径形状和和维管束多少的不同，四元杂种的叶柄和茎的横切面结构的差异不明显。
