Target detection performance ofβparameter is analysed as an emphasis and target detection base on space Tsallis distribution parameter difference is proposed .At the same time,sea clutter has the power law sensitivity property which is intermediate between stochastic models and chaotic models by analyzing nonextensive parameter q.

重点对参数β的目标检测性能进行分析，在此基础上提出了基于空间Tsallis分布参数差异的目标检测方法；同时通过对非广延参数q的分析，发现海杂波具有介于随机模型与混沌模型之间的幂率敏感性。
