Firstly, we investigated the mechanism of material removal and formation of super smooth surface in CMP. And the material removal mechanism of CMP at atomic level was described. The comprehension and hypothesis of material removal mechanism of super smooth surface polishing were enunciated. For instance, we circumstantiated material removal mechanism and formation of super smooth surface in CMP of LBO crystal.

化学机械抛光是超精密加工技术中最重要的方法之一，作者首先调研化学机械抛光的材料去除和超光滑表面形成机理，研究原子级材料去除机理，提出对化学机械抛光材料去除和超光滑表面形成的理解；并以LBO晶体为例详细描述化学机械抛光过程中材料去除和超光滑表面形成。

Both from practical and prospective viewpoints, this work outspreaded from two interpenetrating fields. On one hand, the pseudo-fluid approach closured by the KTGF was improved. On the other hand, a CFBB model with continuous parameter was established to simulate the flow, combustion as well as heat transfer behaviors. The design of a CFBB was also conducted.

本着务实和前瞻的精神，本文工作从两方面展开：其一是从微观机理出发，发展并改进颗粒流体动理论封闭的拟流体模型；其二在机理研究基础之上，用拟流体观点建立一套连续分布参数的锅炉模型，模拟循环床锅炉中的流动、燃烧、传热等过程，并进行设计研究。

同时最近几年，Banfiled又提出了一种新的晶体生长机制也能形成单晶结构，oriented attachment，多个取向不一致的单晶纳米颗，通过粒子的旋转，使得晶格取向一致，向后通过定向附着生长使这些小单晶生长成为一个大单晶，当然定向附着的过程出难免会出现一些位错和缺陷，这种生长机理形成的单晶的特点同Ostwald ripening不同，OR形成的单晶大多是规则的，给材料本身晶体结构相关，而OA形成的单晶结构在形貌上则没有限制，任何形状和结构的单晶材料都能通过此机理形成。

The wear surface morphologies showed that the mechanism of the 45 steel was micro-cutting and plastic deformations, and the mechanism of high chromium cast iron was micro-cutting of matrix structure and desquamating of carbide particles under the sand slurry wear condition.

对于象45钢这类较软的材料，在泥沙磨损条件下，材料的磨损机理主要是显微切削和多次塑性变形。对于含有较多高硬度碳化物质点的高铬铸铁类材料，在泥沙磨损条件下，材料的磨损机理主要是基体组织的显微切削和碳化物颗粒的脱落。

Meanwhile, we discuss the deinking mechanism:solvent treatment dislodges most ink particles, then enzyme removes part of unconnected ink particles from the fibers so as to improve deinking effect of mixed office waste paper.

同时 我们对其脱墨机理进行初步研究，可以认为其作用机理为：先用溶剂预处理，将大部分油墨粒子从纤维上分离下来，然后再辅以酶的作用，将部分未与纤维分离的油墨粒子从纤维上剥离下来，从而大大地提高了混合办公废纸的脱墨效果。

Finally, the properties of the drug-loaded SN have been evaluated with the help of UV spectrophotometer, and with the small molecular and water insoluble drug-sulpiride as a model drug. It is found that the entrapping efficiency of drug-loaded SN in entrapping method can amount to 96.87% and that in adsorption method is 87.63%, which show that the loading mechanism of SN is mainly adsorptive mechanism.

最后，利用紫外分光光度计，以疏水性小分子药物舒必利为模型药物，对所制备的淀粉纳米粒的载药性能进行了评价，发现淀粉纳米粒包埋载药的包封率可达到96.87％，吸附载药的包封率达到87.63％，淀粉纳米粒对舒必利的载药机理主要是吸附机理。

In general, the major results are:(1) Established the geometrical model for the enwinding of the wire rope in the roller, such as the inclination of the wire rope and the climbing equation of roller in the commutation process;(2) Established the tensile force kinetic model for the enwinding wire rope used the Lagrange kinetic equation and the continual kinetic theory in the start up and retard moment. Solved the equations by the method of modal analysis and separation of variables(3) Based on the analysis on the enwinding mechanism of the wire rope, we did the research on the mechanics behavior of the wire ropes enwinding process.(4) According to the research above, we made the computer program to solve the mechanics models. And after parametric analysis, we made the suggestion for the improving of the current wire rope enwinding system.

主要研究工作有：(1)建立了钢丝绳在滚筒缠绕几何模型，研究了钢丝绳缠绕过程极限偏角及换向过程在滚筒爬坡机理及几何模型；(2)依据LAGRANGE系统广义动力学方程、连续体动力学理论分别建立起升系统启动及制动过程钢丝绳缠绕快绳拉力的动力学模型，并分别采用模态分析法及分离变量法求解；(3)结合对钢丝绳在钻机滚筒缠绕机理分析的基础上，研究了钢丝绳在滚筒缠绕过程力学行为；(4)编制计算机仿真程序对上述模型进行求解，在参数分析的基础上提出对目前钢丝绳缠绕系统结构改进建议。
