为了探索中医药防治慢性鼻炎的机理及为中医学对有关慢性鼻炎发病机理的认识提供实验室依据，本文在文献报道基础上，采用SO2及雌激素共同作用制作肺气虚豚鼠实验性慢性鼻炎模型，并与单纯SO2染毒或单独雌激素肌注的方法进行了对比研究，结果表明，采用SO2染毒及雌激素肌注的方法可引起鼻粘膜慢性非特异性炎症改变；动物生态属肺气虚型；且优于单纯采用SO2染毒及单纯雌激素肌注造模。

On the base of reviewing the development of NSP models, some deficiencies of existent models are analysed and listed as follows: most models can be applied only to very small watershed; mechanism models involve too many parameters which can not be calibrated properly by limited data; amoung practical models, empirical models are much more common than mechanism models; most models are focus on the conservative soluble pollutants rather than non-conservative and particulate pollutants; almost all models rely highly on the measured data, and there are fewer studies about the load estimation for ungauged areas.

本文在评述非点源污染模型研究进展的基础上，分析了现有模型的不足，主要有：大多数模型只能适应于很小的流域面积；机理类模型参数过多，率定困难，应用效果不理想；实用模型中，经验类模型多，机理类模型少；对保守性的液态污染物研究得较多，对非保守性和固态污染物研究得较少；各类模型均高度依赖于实测资料，无资料地区的模型或预测方法研究得很少。

Based on the theories of rheology, Non-Newtonian Fluid Mechanics, petroleum chemistry, crystallography and pipeline technology etc. and sampling Huabei crudes, experimental indexes and programmes are drew out, integrating the oil properties and parameter analysis; in terms of the macro analysis of continuum mechanics, substantial experiments are conducted with HAAKE RS600 rotational rheometer and the rheological equation as well as the viscosity-temperature equation are further developed with tested rhrogramme and viscosity-temperature curve, respectively. Beased on the researches on thixotropic mechanism and thixotropy fluid property, hysteresis loop curve, structure failure and viscosity build-up curve as well as shear stress decrement curve for one type oil are first present in this paper. According to the theoretical researches and testing results, a novel thixotropy equation with τ=τ_∞e~ pattern, which is of hi-accuracy, few parameter and simplicity, is developed. Considering the influence of various parameters on rheological behaviour, depressant adding condition is optimized and experimental evaluation on BEM-5P is conducted, which further unrip its mechanism on the Huabei crude. A corresponding viable pipe transportion programmel is also recommended.

Small height fluctuations were artificially introduced to the thin film samples by mechanically rubbing the sample surface with a rayon cloth before dewetting initiates. By comparing the dewetting morphology evolution and the characteristic length of dewetting structures of unrubbed and rubbed samples, the results clearly show that the dewetting mechanism for thinner polystyrene films with h≤13. 3nm is spinodal dewetting and that for thicker films with h≥13. 3nm is heterogeneous nucleation dewetting.

通过用绒布在薄膜表面进行摩擦，人为的引入一定程度的厚度涨落，通过比较有和没有表面涨落的薄膜的去湿形貌，可以清楚的识别出厚度小于13.3nm的聚苯乙烯薄膜的破坏机理为旋节去湿，而厚度大于13.3nm的聚苯乙烯薄膜的破坏机理则为成核去湿，形成双连续结构或孔洞都可以导致薄膜的旋节去湿。
