机械结合

Human's skull is very solid and close. The physiologiers and the anatomists have used any means to divide it perfectly,but they have no such strength, later,someone invented suddenly a way ,that is put some seeds of plants in the skull that is to be dissected and provide them temperature and humidity to make them germinate. Once they germinate ,these seeds with terrible strength divided perfectly the skull that any mechanical power can't divide. The power of plants'seeds is so large.

Human's skull is so compact and solid that biologists and anatomists exhausted all the ways to dissect it completely but in vain. Then someone came up with an idea. They put some seeds in the skull to be dissected and provide an environment of relative temperature and moisture for them to sprout. Once the seeds sprout, they manifested horrible force with which he succeeded in opening up the skull that may not even dissected by mechanical means. This story tells us how powerful the seed is!

To answer these questions, in the present study, an attempt was made to examine:(1) the GABA responses in mechanically dissociated Vme neurons with attached synaptic boutons by using the whole cell patch clamp technique;(2) the change of expression of KCC2 and NKCC1 during the postnatal stage in the Vme by using the Western blotting technique;(3) the percentage of colocalization of PV with KCC2 or NKCC1 during the postnatal stage in the Vme by using the double immunofluorescence histochemical techniques.

基于此，本论文进行了如下研究：(1)运用机械分离带终扣的单细胞膜片钳技术对大鼠Vme神经元对GABA的反应进行观察；(2)运用Western blotting技术结合图像分析方法观察生后发育过程中Vme神经元内NKCC1和KCC2的表达变化；(3)运用免疫荧光组织化学双重标记技术对生后发育过程中Vme神经元内NKCC1和KCC2与PV之间的共存关系进行了系统观察。

The electroformed copings and interfacial area were examined by SEM and EDS analysis. Results: Surface roughness increased by sandblasting, O content had not been greatly improved by preoxidation, the coping surface formed a porous structure after applying gold bonder. The gold and porcelain combined tightly, mechanical chimera and simple diffusion of Al, O elements were observed in interfacial area.

结果：喷砂可以增加金沉积表面的粗糙度，预氧化没有使氧元素含量得到很大提高，涂布金黏结剂后金沉积表面形成了多孔样的结构：金瓷结合紧密，可见明显的机械嵌合结构，金瓷界面出现了铝、氧元素的单纯扩散。
