The diplomatic bag is an important means used by diplomatic missions to secure the freedom and confidentiality of diplomatic correspondence.

外交邮袋是保证外交机构通信自由和通信安全的特殊的"邮袋"，具有可资识别的外部标记，其构成要件必须附合法律规定，在运送过程中不得被无权机关或人员开拆与扣留。
