Methods 38 cases with 53 hips of ANFH treated with the method of thrombolysis and opening catheterizing and perfusing medial and lateral circumflex arteries.Those drugs are Urokinase 200 thousand Units,Danshen Root 20 ml and Ligustrazine 20 mg. Retention catheter was held in the target vessels and infused the same drugs besides Heparin 4500u in 3 days. To evaluate therapeutic effect ,the DSA of the femoral artery and x-ray plain film and/or CT/MRI of the femoral head were performanced. Results All cases were followed up 1~16 (mean 9.5) months.

方法对38例ANFH患者的53髋先常规行股动脉DSA，后在股骨头的供血动脉旋股内、外侧动脉内灌注溶栓、扩血管药物，即在每支血管内注入稀释后的尿激酶 20万u、丹参10 ml及川芎嗪20 mg；术后保留导管于动脉内，经导管每日注入同剂量的药物及肝素钠4500 u，连用3天后拔管，治疗后复行股动脉DSA检查及行股骨头X线平片及/或CT、MR随访以评估疗效。

The tuberculous encysted dropsy with pleura conglutination in 8 cases,whose pleural encysted cavity was given puncture with thoracic puncture needle for injecting urokinase 100,00 units every time after extracting hydrothorax,was distinctly eased after being given anti-tuberculous treatment.The hydrothorax in 4 cases,whose recurrent hydrothorax was given pleura congluatination operation,did not occur.

平均3~5天胸水基本吸收后拔管。8例结核包裹性胸腔积液伴胸膜明显增厚患者予胸穿针每次抽液后注入尿激酶10万U，并予抗结核及支持对症治疗，胸膜粘连明显减轻。4例胸水反复出现，予胸膜粘连术后胸水不再产生。

Postoperative complications occurred in 32 cases, including arrhythmia of 28 cases, respiration failure of 3 cases, and bronchopleural fistulas of 1 case.

结果 术后并发心律失常28例，肺部炎症4例，呼吸衰竭3例，支气管胸膜瘘1例，经对症治疗后均好转。

The irradiation doses were ranged from 10 to 25 grays.

结果：术后放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的总有效率为89.8%。

RESULTS:①In total 208 consecutive patients with breast cancer,aged 24-83 years with mean age of 47 years,who were admitted for further treatment after hospitalizing in the department of tumor were included for analysis,among whom 61 women were illiteracy or having received elementary education,19.2% were peasants,74 women were blue workers and 94 were white workers.

结果：①纳入术后续贯入住肿瘤科继续接受治疗的208例乳腺癌妇女，年龄24～83岁，平均47岁，61例为文盲或初小文化，19.2%为农民，74例为工人，94例为脑力劳动者。
