Methods: Retrospective analysis of 1 073 cases since 2004 from the routine of the radical surgery of lung cancer patients,in a targeted operation to take preventive measures,as well as the treatment with the chylothorax after the operation.

回顾性分析自2004年起1 073例行肺癌根治性手术的病人，术中采取有针对性的预防措施，以及术后并发乳糜胸的治疗方法。

Results: There were four (0.37%) chylothorax cases occurred after operation,the rate was reduced comparing with the previous 2004 (1.04%),and 4 cases were cured after conservative treatment.

结果：术后发生乳糜胸4例（0.37%），较2004年前（1.04%）减少，4例均行保守治疗治愈。

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of high negative pressure drainage for chylous fistula after neck dissection.

目的：探讨强负压吸引对颈淋巴结清扫术后乳糜漏的治疗作用。

Early diagnosis and high negative pressure drainage and local pressure dressing for chylous fistula is effective and safe .

及早发现颈淋巴结清扫术后乳糜漏，强负压吸引，适当加压包扎是治疗乳糜漏较为安全有效的方法。

The chylous leakage was refractory to conservative treatment.

在术后第11天，虽经保守治疗，仍然持续大量乳糜外漏。

After high negative pressure drainage and local pressure dressing, all were cured in two weeks. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and high negative pressure drainage and local pressure dressing for chylous fistula is effective and safe .

及早发现颈淋巴结清扫术后乳糜漏，强负压吸引，适当加压包扎是治疗乳糜漏较为安全有效的方法。
