In a group of 39 cases, according to Danis-Weber classification, 1 case of type A, 32 cases of type B and 6 cases of type C were fixed by lag screw, tension band and titanic screw plate with AO technique and treated by foot pump and CPM after operation.

本组39例踝关节骨折，按Danis-Weter分类，A型1例，B型32例，C型6例。采用AO技术，加压螺钉、钝钛金属板螺钉及张力带进行内固定，术后常规应用下肢静脉泵及CPM治疗，随访5～12个月。
