The rate of primary events was 9.9%(14/141) in triple group, which was significantly lower than that in dual group [18.9%(23/122), P=0.038]. Patients receiving hypoglycemic medicine got more benefits from triple antiplatelet treatment.

随访1年两组无支架内血栓和非致死性MI事件发生；三联组心性死亡、卒中、TVR发生率分别为1.4%、0.7%、7.8%，两联组分别为4.1%、3.3%、12.3%，两组比较均无显著差异(P=0.255，P=0.186，P=0.223)；但三联组术后1年主要不良心脑事件发生率[9.9%(14/141)]低于两联组[18.9%(23/122)，P=0.038]，其中接受降糖药物治疗者获益更明显。

METHODS From October 2004 to January 2008, 24 patients with complex congenital heart disease underwent RHB. The dignoses of patients included tricuspid atresia, single ventricle, and so on. Among them, 8 cases were found ectopia cordis. Opreation precedure included bidrectional Glenn shunt (19 cases) and total caval pulmonary connection (TCPC,5 cases). In the 24 cases, 16 patient underwent off-pump operation. RESULTS Total hospital mottality was 4.2%.

2004年10月至2008年1月，采用右心旁路手术治疗复杂先天性心脏病共24例（病种包括三尖瓣闭锁、单心室等，其中心脏位置异常8例）。19例行双向格林术，5例行全腔静脉-肺动脉吻合术。24中16例在非体外循环下实施，2例双向格林术术后再次手术。
