AIM: To study the effect of CD40L and matrix metalloproteinases on coronary artery restenosis after coronary artery stent interpolation and to evaluate the prognosis of CASI by measuring the hematology level of CD40L and matrix metalloproteinases.

目的： 观察CD40L和基质金属蛋白酶与冠脉支架介入治疗术后冠状动脉再狭窄的关系，并分析CD40L和MMPs检测的临床意义。

METHODS: A total of 12 cases (12 eyes), including 7 cases absolute glaucoma and 4 cases intraocular lens implantation and 1 case corneal penetrating injury, were treated by lamellar cauterization of the cornea combined with AMT. RESULTS: The orbital pain symptom was relieved and disappeared in these 12 patients.

对于该病的治疗一直是较为棘手的问题，虽然角膜移植疗效肯定，但受角膜材料来源紧张、费用高和术后出现排斥反应的限制，不能很好的推广。

Methods: endovenous laser treatment of varicose great saphenous veins was applied to 21 patients of the chronic ulcer complicated to lower limbs venous varicosis , aided by cauterize with laster on varicose vein and perforating vein under the ulcer surface. after treatment, leg bandage compression was used for 0.5 months, and then changed to elastic stockings for 3~6 months.

对我院共收治的下肢静脉曲张合并慢性溃疡21例患者，均行静脉腔内激光治疗大隐静脉曲张，同时激光烧灼溃疡面下的曲张静脉及交通静脉，术后弹力绷带加压包扎半个月，改穿弹力袜3~6个月。

Results Horizontal osteotomy advancement genioplasty were performed according to the results of cephalometry, and in all 12 patient＇s cephalometry results were consistent with prediction.

结果 12例患者均按照术前预测值移动截骨段，术后头颅正侧位X线头影测量结果与术前预测值相近，治疗效果满意。
