80只SD大鼠，随机分为假手术组(n=16)，ASCI盐水组(n-32)和ASCI治疗组(n-32)，采用改良的Allen法，制成中度脊髓损伤大鼠模型；各组按术后3h、6h、24h、48h随机分为4个亚组；检测各亚组脊髓组织MDA的含量；以免疫组化检测各亚组脊髓组织Caspase-3表达和Bcl-xl基因表达。
