Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment effect of hydrocephalic neurocysticercosis.

目的：探讨脑积水型脑囊虫病的诊断与外科手术治疗效果。方法：对诊断明确的73例脑积水型脑囊虫病患者实施了脑室或脑池囊虫摘除术，术后进行抗脑囊虫病治疗。

Objective To study the correct treatment for the cecum mobile Methods 143(from 2001 to 2005) cases of cecum mobile were classified into 4 groups according to clinical symptoms, diarrhea group1(35); alternate between diarrhea and constipation group2(38); constipation group3(55); right hypogastric vague pain group4(15), and the therapeutic effect were observed 1 month after the operation.

目的：探讨移动盲肠的正确治疗手段。方法：把2001年至2005年在我院接受手术治疗的143名移动盲肠患者根据临床症状分为4个组，既以腹泻为主要症状的组（35例）；以腹泻与便秘交替为主要症状的组（38例）；以便秘为主要症状的组（55例）；以右下腹隐痛为主要症状的组（15例），并于术后1个月后进行随访观察。

The inframammary scar length was less than 8.5 cm. Conclusion Marchac's procedure is suitable for patients with moderate hypermastia. It is easy to get a good steady shape and short scar. A satisfied result will also be obtained through controlling the thickness of gland flaps carefully during the operation and taking proper treatment for the patients postoperatively.

Marchac法治疗中度乳房肥大具有效果持久，外形好，瘢痕短等优点；对于重度肥大的乳房，通过控制术中腺体瓣的厚度及配合术后积极处理，也可取得满意的治疗效果。

The characteristic of the treatment by manipulation with acupotomy in tensive position is manipulating the adhesions and contractures of capsule in direction: including the zona of intertubercular sulcus, inferior-acromial and the decocted later part of the capsule, and with hydraulic distension and manipulation. Compared with manipulation maneuver this treatment is less traumatic, short of course of treatment, easy to perform and really an effective procedure to treat the frozen shoulder.

粘连挛缩带紧张位针刀松解治疗方法特点在于针对性地松解肩前结节间沟区、肩峰下和肩关节囊后下部等三处粘连挛缩带，在此基础上配合关节腔内注液扩张和术中术后注重肩肱关系的手法松解，与推拿治疗冻结肩相比，本法明显改善了冻结肩患者的疼痛与功能障碍程度，创伤小，疗程短，见效快，疗效可靠，且中远期随访显示疗效稳定。

From Mar. 1987 to Feb. 1990, 19 patients (20 eyes) with chronic angle closure glaucoma underwent argon laser trabeculoplasty 1 month-33 months after laser iridotomy due to uncontrollable lop with maximal tolerable antiglaucoma medication. 15 eyes (75%) were successful within 6 months after ALTP whose IOP remained less than 20 mmHg and no advance in VF defect and optic nerve damage.

从1987年3月到1990年2月3年之间，共有19位慢性隅角闭锁性青光眼病人20只眼睛，在接受雷射虹膜穿孔衍及雷射隅角整形术后，1个月到31个月不等，因眼压以病人本身能忍受之最大剂量抗青光眼药物治疗仍未能得到良好控制，再接受雷射小樑整形术之治疗。
