术后治疗

Suboccipital retromastoid approach is suitable for giant petroclival meningioma. Total tumor removal should not increase neurological impairment; if radical dissection is impossible, the tumour may be reduced to less than 3 cm in diameter so as to achieve good results of postoperative radio therapy.

枕下乳突后入路手术，在不加重神经功能损伤的前提下，应尽量争取肿瘤全切除；如不能全切除，应缩小瘤体≤3 cm，以利术后放射外科治疗，可能是较为安全有效的治疗方案。

Methods The clinical data of 580 patients with LHG treated by various surgical measures such as hepatic resection, tumor trussing up, liver arterial ligation/embolism or microwave coagulation of the tumor during the past 10 years in our hospital, as well as surgical indications, selection of operations, management for severe operative bleeding and postoperative supplementary treatment were summarized and assessed.

对我院近10年来经手术切除、瘤体捆扎、肝动脉结扎或栓塞、微波固化术等不同方法治疗的LHG 580例进行总结、分析，对手术指征，手术方式选择，术中防止大出血的方法及应急措施，术后辅助治疗等进行讨论。

Medicine is used to unclose and seize mysterious physiology, pathology and pathogeny of human body, and solve problems pointedly and flexibly, but it is difficult to find a versatile medicine, operation or treatment means. So, some people cannot get away from illness despite medical treatment, some even die. Sometime, medicines are suitable for adult A, but not for adult B who has the same sickness, or do harm to infant A even lead to death; some patients get better by taking virose medicines, but others disable or die; suffering from the same sickness, some people pull through and live for another tens of years, some people die in the operating table; sickness recrudesces in some people whose families break up after several operations, etc.

医学能把人体深层奥秘的生理、病理、病因揭开并掌握，还可以针对性或应变性解决，但难以制造出广谱特效的药物和手术及用各种治疗手段来解决，所以有的病经久治疗难愈，有的病被治死，有的药可以治愈同一种病的甲成人，而不能治愈同一种病的乙成人，或对甲小儿有害甚者易致残亡；有病人服有毒性的药可以治愈病，但有的人服后致残或死；同一种病，有人手术后恢复健康活至几十年，有人死于手术台；有的手术后病情复发，然经几次手术后家破人亡，等等。

Methods The maiden therapy effects of 43 cases of traumatic urethral stricture and 53 cases of post-operative strictures of prostatic urethra treated with dilation and urethrotomy were reviewed and tested by Log-rank.

对尿扩和尿道内切开治疗的43例外伤性尿道狭窄和53例前列腺术后尿道狭窄病人的初次治疗效果进行回顾性分析，用log-rank统计的方法分析其疗效。

to explore and summarize the application efficacy of dhs fixation in elderly intertrochanteric femoral bone.methods in shangqiu fifth people's hospital from january 2000 to june 2007 the application of dhs treatment to intertrochanteric fracture has 58 cases, among which male 19 cases, female 39 cases, age 60~98 year old, average age 71 year old, all carry out dhs for fracture fixation.results after six months to 3 years of follow-up, 58 cases of this group has 47 cases with normal walking, without coxa vara, postoperative excellent rate is 81.03%.conclusion grasp the operative indication, intraoperative master key, dhs is the better choices to the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.

目的 探讨和总结dhs内固定在老年人股骨转子间骨折中的应用疗效。方法商丘市第五人民医院自2000年1月至2007年6月应用dhs治疗股骨转子间骨折58例，其中男性19例，女性39例，年龄60～98岁，平均年龄71岁，均行dhs对骨折固定。结果经半年至3年随访，本组58例患者有47例能正常行走，无髋内翻，术后优良率81.03%。结论把握手术适应证，术中掌握操作要领，dhs是治疗股骨转子间骨折的较好选择。

Thrombus of lower limbs deep vein is the commonnest complication after art of lower limbs fracture, function of deep vein of Ke Jifa's deadly lung embolism, lower limbs is not complete, now already by fair consider as a kind of serious complication [1] , abroad reports occurence rate is as high as 30%~50%, domestic report is 26%, it is very intractable to once form DVT,be treated, still do not have a kind of well-content treatment method domestic and internationally at present.

梗概： 下肢深静脉血栓是下肢骨折术后最常见的并发症，可继发致命的肺栓塞、下肢深静脉功能不全，现已被公认为是一种严重的并发症[1]，国外报道发生率高达30%~50%，国内报道为26%，一旦形成DVT治疗极为棘手，目前国内外尚无一种十分满足的治疗方法。

It is suggested that therapy targeting of EGFR might be promising in the adjunctive treatment of malignant PT.

EGFR在交界性和恶性PT中的高表达，提示针对EGFR的靶向治疗在恶性难治性PT术后辅助治疗中有一定的临床应用前景。

Operation is not the end of the treatment. Thoracic surgery doesn't affect blood viscosity of patients. The anticoagulative drugs are not necessary to protect pulmonary embolism postoperation. We should select treatment according to the patients concrete conditions.

开胸手术后对血粘度变化的影响不大，对胸科手术病人预防术后发生肺动脉栓塞，不一定要常规地给予预防性抗凝等治疗，而应该根据病人具体情况考虑治疗方案。

2The spine fracture model is a type of instability spine model, it is satisfacted for the test. The new PETF can offer good three-dimensional stabilization to instability fracture spine.it has clinical feasibility . [3]To be a minimally-invasive surgical procedure ,the PETF assistanted microendoscopy can combine decompression and reduction with external fixation for the injuried vertebral colunm without segments fusion.

(1)骨折模型B组是不稳定性骨折模型，满足实验的要求，新型脊柱外固定器能为不稳定性骨折脊柱提供良好的三维稳定，具有临床可行性；(2)轴向压缩实验A组、C组和D组之间的差异均具有显著统计学意义，说明单纯新型脊柱外固定器是一种弹性固定，抗压刚度不够，但新型脊柱外固定器结合PVP术后抗压能力明显，但较正常标本仍有一定的差距，手术后短期内有必要适当腰部支柱保护；(3)新型脊柱外固定器联合MED和PVP术治疗胸腰椎骨折的微创技术能减轻病人的痛苦、达到胸腰椎骨折的治疗目的和效果，并具有非融合性固定的特点，具有较大的临床推广应用价值。
