Objective To investigate the value of interventional therapy for biliary complications after orthotopic liver transplantation.

目的 探讨介入治疗在肝移植术后胆道并发症治疗方面的作用。

Because this mode of metastasis severely affects the prognosis of cancer patients (median survival 5-6 months), colorectal peritoneal carcinomatosis has previously been considered a pre-terminal condition suitable for palliative treatment.

虽然近来有报告指出，若选择性的使用减缩手术和腹腔内化学治疗，可以增加病人的存活率，但其术后的高并发症发生率（22.9%）和致死率（4%）无形中也限制了这项治疗方法的使用空间。

Objective To study CO2 laser treat various dermatopathic curative effect,operation after reaction, side effect. Methods Application CO2 laser cutting, cauterize, clotting treat various dermatopathy.

目的 探讨CO2激光治疗各皮肤病的疗效、术后反应、副作用方法应用CO2激光光刀切割、烧灼、凝固治疗各种皮肤病。

Follow-up of 45 cases, with 0.5-3 years duration, showed 6 cases had ulcer recurrence. Conclusions: Simple closure operation is effective on acute perforated duodenal ulcer. Normal anti-ulcer and Hp therapy can effectively decrease recurrence rate of ulcer and incidence rate of complication.

行单纯修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔疗效确切，术后行正规抗溃疡及根除Hp治疗能有效降低溃疡复发率和并发症的发生率。

Followup of 45 cases, with 0.53 years duration, showed 6 cases had ulcer recurrence. Conclusions: Simple closure operation is effective on acute perforated duodenal ulcer. Normal antiulcer and Hp therapy can effectively decrease recurrence rate of ulcer and incidence rate of complication.

行单纯修补术治疗十二指肠溃疡急性穿孔疗效确切，术后行正规抗溃疡及根除Hp治疗能有效降低溃疡复发率和并发症的发生率。

Early hypoxemia does not show obvious negative impact on short-term mortality of patients.

肺切除术后低氧血症对患者手术死亡率无明显影响，术后早期ICU干预治疗可能是减少手术死亡率的原因之一。

RESULTS: No femoral reconstruction had been rerevised at a mean of 10.4 years postoperatively. There was one unrecognized intraoperative fracture, which healed following nonoperative treatment.

结果：术后平均10.4年随访发现没有股骨重建后需再次翻修的。1例术中骨折未发现，保守治疗骨折愈合。3例术后股骨干骨折，均发生于假体远端水平的骨皮质缺损处；经钢板固定后均获愈合，所有股骨假体部件均原位保留。

The results showed that satisfying recoveries were accomplished in 17 cases and no relapse was found within the 2～10 years follow-up,2 cases were relapsed within the 6～12 months follow-up,the recurrent rate of them were 10.5%,but they were recured after reoperation.

内容提要对19例上颌骨骨异常增殖症患者行手术切除和骨创面冷冻治疗，17例术后颜面畸形矫正满意，随访2～10年无复发，2例分别在术后6个月及1年复发，再次手术治愈，无1例发生骨髓炎。

Methods: 458 postmenopausal endometrial polyps were all treated by transcervical recection of polyp,and diagnosed by pathology.The presence of ER,PR, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Following up these cases, 160 cases recured in three months to three years after treatment.These recurrence were treated by large dose mifepristone.After three months, 55 cases remainder EP were detected by hysteroscopy and treated by TCRP,then detected the presence of above receptors in the same way.

绝经后子宫内膜息肉患者458例，均接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术，术后病理诊断均为子宫内膜息肉，并采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜息肉中雌、孕激素受体及Ki-67、Bcl-2的表达；随访以上患者，术后3个月～3年复发160例，均予大剂量米非司酮口服治疗，3个月后行宫腔镜检查，有残余息肉者55例，再行TCRP，并采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜息肉中雌、孕激素受体及Ki-67、Bcl-2的表达。

Results: The time of follow-up study range from 1 to 2.5 years, average (1.5±0.4) months. Among them: 63 recuperations, 10 significant improvements, 12 improvements, 13 inefficacies, 0 aggravations.

结果：术后观察1~2.5年，平均(1.5±0.4)年，癫痫发作消失63例，极少发作10例，仍有癫痫发作但发作减少12例，无效13例，并且综合手术治疗术后副反应发生率并不增加、程度轻且可恢复。
