Severe secondary bleeding may occur after nasal endoscopic surgery due to sphenopalatine artery injury, bleeding often occurs about one week postoperatively. Endoscopic electric coagulation hemostasis as well as intranasal packing with is an effective method for treatment of severe secondary bleeding after nasal endoscopic surgery.

鼻内镜手术后可因蝶腭动脉损伤出现术后继发严重性出血，出血时间常发生在术后1周，鼻内镜下电凝止血加碘仿纱条填塞压迫是一种有效的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the changes in antiparkinsonian medication of Parkinson disease patients after deep brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus and to determine effect of STN-DBS on antiparkinsonian medication.

目的 观察帕金森病病人丘脑底核脑深部电刺激术后药物变化情况，探讨STN-DBS对帕金森病术后药物治疗的影响。

Methods: Arthroscopic operation was performed in 37 patients with calcified supraspinatus tendinitis. Shoulder function of the patients was evaluated using the constant-Murley score, VAS, ASES and radiographs before and after operation. Results: The shoulder function of patients was improved, and the symptoms were disappeared or partially disappeared after operation.

采用关节镜下手术治疗37例钙化性冈上肌腱炎患者，评估其术前、术后的X光片表现，采用视觉模拟法疼痛评分，Constant-Murley评分和美国肩肘关节外科医师协会评分系统分析患者术后的改善情况。

The patients who receives pterygium resection+symblepharon dissection+limbal stem cell transplant ation+amino membrane transplantation have lower recurrent rate and less post-operative symptoms of stimulation. This surgery is an effective method in coping with recurrent pterygium with symblepharon.

接受翼状胬肉切除+睑球粘连分离+角膜缘干细胞移植+羊膜移植术术后复发率低，术后刺激症状较轻，翼状胬肉切除+睑球粘连分离+角膜缘干细胞移植+羊膜移植术是治疗复发性翼状胬肉合并睑球粘连的理想方法。

Objective To discuss the methods and effects of the treatment under endoscope and the courses of massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract after gastrectomy and esophagectomy.Methods Emergency endoscope ex-amination were carried out in20massive hemorrhage clients after gastrectomy and esophagectomy,after exposed and washed the bleeding part by cold0.9%NS,1∶10000adrenaline and hypertonic saline were injected in perifocal sub-mucosa.After stop bleeding and before move back the endoscope,spray some YunNanBaiYao and thrombase in the bleeding part to prevent secondary hemoorahge.

目的 探讨食管、胃切除术后上消化道出血的原因及内镜下治疗的方法、效果方法对食管、胃切除术后引起大出血的患者行急症内镜检查，用冰冻生理盐水100ml+去甲肾上腺素8mg反复冲洗，暴露出血部位后在病灶周围黏膜下注射1∶10000肾上腺素及高渗盐水，无出血后，退镜于出血部位喷洒云南白药及凝血酶，防止再次出血。

Laparoscopic treatment of parapelvic cyst in transperitoneal route or transretroperitoneal route has a lot of advantages,such as less trauma and bleeding,quicker recovery and no recurrence.

出血15～60ml，无并发症发生，术后住院4～5d，术后随访6～12个月，未复发。结论：经腹腔或腹膜后途径腹腔镜治疗肾盂旁囊肿具有创伤小，出血少，恢复快，无复发等优点。

结果：用术后磁共振来评估肿瘤的切除程度，7例垂体腺瘤全切除4例，7例颅咽管瘤全切除5例，3例Rathke囊肿和2例脑膜瘤均全切除。1例颅咽管瘤（5％）发生术后脑脊液漏需再手术修补，该患者亦发生蝶窦霉菌感染，予药物治疗。

Expression of β-catenin in metastatic carcinomas was significantly lower than that in primary colon carcinomas (p.01). expression of e-cadherin in metastatic carcinoma was significantly lower than that in primary colon carcinoma(p.01),especially in tubiform adenocarcinoma and well and moderately differentiated carcinoma.

结果］ 原发灶及其淋巴结转移灶中β-结肠术后多久的正常表达率分别为23.46%和4.94%，原发灶中术后多久高于转移灶(p.01)，尤其是高中分化病例，转移灶中异位表达率显著高于原发灶(45.68%比28.40%，p.01)，尤其是管状腺癌；原发灶中β-cat表达强度显著高于转移灶(p.01)。e-cad的表达强度在原发灶显著高于转移灶(p.01)，尤其是管状癌症治疗和高中分化病例。
