Here we present a case of 21 year-old male who suffered from recurrent swelling in left side of mandible which had received surgery for ossifying fibroma in another hospital when he was 19 years old. Obvious facial asymmetry was noted but no sensory dysfunctions were detected. The lesion showed well-demarcated, multilocular radiolucency but radiopacity centrally. We applied segmental resection via extra-oral approach and reconstructed with anterior iliac crest bone graft. After removal of MMF in six week, the wound healed well and joint function was good without malocclusion. After follow-up of one year, no recurrences were noted.

本病例为－21岁之男性，在19岁时因为左下颚骨角区肿大在某医院接受外科手术处理，术后病理报告为骨化纤维瘤，因为复发的肿胀而来本院寻求治疗，临床检查并无疼痛及下唇区感觉异常的问题，放射线影像为周界清晰，多腔室放射透过性合并中央放射不透过性之不规则小块，手术方式为从口外颚下切线，做下颚骨片段式切除，并以肠骨脊海绵骨移植修补骨缺损加以颚间固定六周，术后伤口恢复及愈合良好，颚骨关系稳定无咬合异常的情况，无张口受限的问题。

Methods 51patients with diabetes accepting various otorlaryngology-head and neck-surgical operation were adopted,regardless of previous treatments.Three days before operati on they all accepted regular insulin injecti on subcutaneously half an hour before three meals.The first dosage was roughly4～8U,then adjusted according to blood sugar levels.For the fasting patients who demanded fluid replacement post-operationalˉly,we infused solution in proportion to1U insulin/3～4g glucose and monitored everyday blood sugar in the meantime.The post-operational patient on liquid or semiliquid diet injected insulin subcutaneously before three meals,applied inˉsulin according to blood sugar level until end of perioperative period.

对51例接受耳鼻咽喉及头颈部不同类型手术的糖尿病患者，观察其围手术期并发症，并于术前3天改为三餐前0.5h皮下注射速效胰岛素治疗，根据血糖的测定结果，开始剂量约为4～8U；对术后禁食需要补液的患者，按葡萄糖3～4g/胰岛素1U的比例给药，并每日监测血糖指标；术后进流质或半流质饮食的患者，于三餐前皮下注射胰岛素，按血糖测定情况给药，直至围手术期结束。

objective: to observe the therapeutic effect of integrative medicine therapy on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.methods: peeling and suturing external hemorrhoid by segments,cut and ligating the dentate line of internal hemorrhoids,injecting xiaozhiling liquid,sitz bath and chinese herbal fumigation and washing after operation.results: all the 78 patients cured without massive hemorrhage,anal stenosis and other complications after operation.the follow-up study a year later shows no recurrence.conclusion: the surgical operation is simple and effective,should be worthily recommended in the clinical application.

目的：观察中西医结合治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法：采用外痔分区段剥离缝合、内痔齿线上小v剪口结扎、消痔灵液注射，术后用中药坐浴熏洗。结果：本组78例全部一次治愈，术后无大出血，肛门狭窄等并发症，1年后随访无1例复发，肛门功能正常。结论：本术式简单有效、治愈率高、并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

Results the total satisfactory rate is 91.2%,and satisfactory rate of type 0 and i reached 100%.there were 6 cases of type ⅱ which submucous myoma is ≥70%.

结果 应用宫腔镜手术治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤，术后满意率为91.2%，0型、i型术后满意率达100%。

objective: searching for the treatment which prevents the recurrence of the urinary bladder carcinoma after excision.method:according to the consequence of sensitive test ,we poured chemical medicine into artery before and after the operation ,injected mitomycin c into the tela submucosa after the excision of carcinoma during the operation and pour medicine into bladder regularly after operation.result:in all the 65 specimen group,60 got following investigation more than 3 years,the rate was 92.3%.and 4 recured in 19,27,37,43 months after operation.the rate of recurrence was 6.7%.
