术后治疗

Methods: Fifty postoperational patients after low position simple operation of anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups and treated with ZHF and Mayinglong Musk hemorrhoidal paste respectively. The level of Hyp in granulation of wound was tested using alkaline hydrolysis assay at the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after operation respectively.

将50例低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者随机分为珠黄霜治疗组和马应龙麝香痔疮膏阳性药物对照组，分别在术后第3、7、14天创面肉芽组织上取材，应用碱水解比色法检测Hyp的含量。

METHODS: From April 1996 to December 2000, out of 109 patients with anus trauma, hemorrhoidectomy or fistula resection, 68 were treated with bFGF as the experimental group, while 41 were treated routinely as the control group.

1996年4月～2000年12月，因肛周外伤、痔疮及肛瘘手术后109例，其中68例局部应用bFGF，41例常规换药法治疗的肛周术后创面的愈合、全身及局部反应情况进行观察。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of stapled hemorrhoidectomy in treatment of third or fourth degree hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 24 patients with prolapsed irreducible hemorrhoids were performed stapled hemorrhoidectomy.Benefits and postoperative complication were assessed.

目的 探讨经肛门吻合器痔上黏膜环状切除术的临床应用和价值方法对24例3～4期痔行经肛门吻合器痔上黏膜环状切除术，分析手术过程与术后并发症的相关性，分析术后留院时间，恢复正常工作的时间及治疗费用。

术前处理好合并症，术中仔细、止血彻底，术后根据不同并发症出现的原因制定合理有效的治疗方案是避免再次手术、减少TVP术后并发症的关键。

Although 25 eyes presented with acute angle closure glaucoma, 6 eyes were insidious onset and asymptomatic. While 27 eyes relieved pupillary block after laser iridotomy or surgical peripheral iridectomy, 4 eyes required vitrectomy or laser photomydriasis to relieve pupillary block. Five eyes (16%) developed chronic angle closure glaucoma due to peripheral anterior synechia. one could be controlled by chronic medical therapy, three required trabeculectomy, the another one even required cyclocryotherapy because poor IOP control after trabeculectomy.

虽然大多数的病例（25只眼）以急性发作为临床表徵，但有6只眼为隐袭性，无任何临床症状。27只眼经雷射虹彩瞳孔术或外科周边虹彩切除术后可以解除瞳孔阻塞，另4只眼无法解除而需作玻璃体切除术或雷射光瞳孔放大术。5只眼(16%)因周边前黏连发生慢性隅角闭锁性青光眼，其中1只眼可以药物控制，3只眼需做小梁切除术，另1只眼做小梁切除术后眼压仍无法控制而接受睫状体冷冻治疗。

A local recurrence of disease developed 60 months later postoperatively in one of these patients but was successfully treated by total laryngectomy, unfortunately this patient died of small cell carcinoma of the lung 32 months laster.

结果：在20例中，有2例病理报告显示切除边缘有肿瘤细胞，於术后加作放射线治疗且追踪期间没有肿瘤复发；另有1例於术60个月肿瘤复发，但施行全喉切除术后得以控制病情；统计显示5年的疾病控制率为95%，而5年存活率则为100%。

Results: CT diagnosis before surgery revealed 16 mastoiditis of simple type 8 of granullomatous type and 18 of cholesteatoma type.All the 26 cases of granullomatous and cholesteatoma type were operated on, but 2 cases were cholesteatoma type in 8 cases of granullomatus type and 3 were granullomatus type in 18 cases of cholesteatoma type.

术前诊断单纯型16耳，肉芽肿型8耳，胆脂瘤型18耳。26耳诊断为肉芽肿型和胆脂瘤型患者均行手术治疗，术前诊断为肉芽肿型8耳，术后2耳病理证实为胆脂瘤型。18耳胆脂瘤型术后证实有3耳为肉芽肿型。

因此产生特有的牙颌面畸形，常表现为面中部发育不良及凹陷，上颌骨前后方向长度及垂直方向高度变短，牙弓狭窄，牙列拥挤，咬合关系紊乱，前牙或全牙弓反覆盖，下颌真性或假性前突。2利用DO术矫治腭裂术后面中份凹陷畸形腭裂术后面中份凹陷畸形治疗方法很多，如Kettle报道枕颏支抗法，Tind lund采用的面罩法，王克涛[1]采用膨体聚四氟乙烯充填修复此类畸形等。

objective: value the no tention hernia ring padding neoplasty in treating inguinal hermia.method: retrospectively analysize the clinical data of the no tention hernia ring padding neoplasty.result:the average time of the neoplasty is 40 minutes,the patients can make out-of-bed activity ,whom were treated after 6 hours.all of the patients were free of infection.2 patients felt foreign body sensation in inguinal groove and 1 person felt benumbed.conclusion: no tention hernia ring padding neoplasty is a valuable type of neoplasty,which operates simply,and the patients can get little injury ,rapid recovery and low relapse rate.

目的：探讨无张力疝环填充式修补术在腹股沟疝手术中的应用价值。方法：对30例腹股沟疝患者行无张力疝环填充式修补术后的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：手术时间平均40 min，切口疼痛2 d～7 d，术后6 h下床活动，无感染病例，腹股沟异物感2例，麻木1例。结论：疝环填充式无张力修补术是一项更符合生理解剖结构的治疗技术，操作简单，损伤小，恢复快，复发率低。
