The shortest time to operation was 8 months;the longest time was 56 months,averaging 24 months. The high risk factors of HJD included bad acetabular ecstrophy angle,and anteversion angle.The etiological factor and tendency of dislocation in operation are also risk factors.

Methods:Preoperative angiography in all 12 veintype KTS patients showed that deep vein patency, no absent ,no obstruction in both lower extremity. Four of these patients which were simply lower limb extralateral varices were operated by varicotomy and varicosity branches ligation. Eight patients which diffuseexpansion type were applicated blood drive belt and tourniquet method and via high level ligation of great and small saphenous vein with varicose vein removal and ligation of perforating veins.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of endoscopic nasal surgery for nasopharyngeal angiofibroma to avoid complications of routine surgeries.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for six patients'clinical records from June2002to June2004.Endoscopic nasal surgery and other techniques such as CT,MRI,digital substract angiography,Controlled-hypotention anesthesia and preoperative feeding artery embolism had been used.Results No complication had occurred.

目的 避免常规手术的并发症，探讨经鼻内镜引导下鼻咽纤维血管瘤切除术的可行性方法回顾性分析从2002年6月～2004年6月收治的6例经鼻内镜手术治疗的鼻咽纤维血管瘤患者的临床资料，术均行CT或MRI检查，了解瘤体小及部位，行字减影血管造影了解瘤体血供，术前采用供血动脉栓塞，术中采用控制性低血压技术。

Results Preoperative diagnostic rate was53.6%,and operative resection rate was71.4%,simple cholecystectomy in6cases,cholecystectomy and exploration of the biliary passage in4cases,gallbladder and regional lymphadonectomy in2cases,gallbladder and liver wedge resection and regional lymphadonectomy in6cases,gallblad-der and liver wedge resection and regional lymphadonectomy and right hemicolectomy in1case,and gallbladder and liver wedge resection and regional lymphadonectomy and subtotal gastrectomy and right hemicolectomy in1case.Unre-sectable rate were28.6%,gastro-jejunostomy in2cases,cholecystostomy in1case.Laparotomy exploration only in5cases.

结果 术前确诊率仅为53.6%（15/28），手术切除率为71.4%（20/28），单纯胆囊切除术6例（占21.4%），胆囊切除+总胆管探查4例（占14.3%），胆囊切除+区域淋巴结清扫2例（占7.1%），胆囊+肝楔状切除+区域淋巴结清扫6例（占21.4%），胆囊+肝楔状切除+区域淋巴结清扫+右半结肠切除1例（占3.6%），胆囊+肝楔状切除+区域淋巴结清扫+胃大部切除+右半结肠切除1例（占3.6%），未切除率为28.6%，胃-空肠吻合术2例（占7.1%），胆囊造瘘1例（占3.6%），仅做剖腹探查术5例（占17.9%）。

Results: Of the 22 cases, the draining veins, which were observed through MR brain surface anatomy scanning, were highly coincidence with the findings in the operation. The myodynamia of the one case whose myodynamia was grade 0 preoperation was grade IV one month after operation, the one case whose myodynamia was grade II preoperation was grade IV two weeks after operation, the one case whose myodynamia was grade III preoperation was grade IV three months after operation, and the patient recovered normal eight months later, the two cases whose myodynamia was grade IV total recovery after 2 months .
