Methods 200 cases (252 knees) of total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups: Experience group (64 cases): femoral prothesis rotational certification was depended on the palpation of the femoral epicondyle axes combined with Whiteside line in operation. CT scan group (136 cases): femoral prothesis rotational certification was depended on the preoperation CT scan, by which could modulate the lateral rotation angle. The other procedure was same to the standard TKA.

将200例（252膝）TKA患者随机分为两组：①经验组（64例）：TKA术中根据术者触摸外科股骨上髁轴线联合Whiteside线联合确定股骨假体外旋角度；②CT扫描组（136例）：术前CT扫描确定股骨后髁角，术中采用可调外旋定位器复制CT确定的外旋角度，其余TKA手术操作相同。

PDA was often combined with all kinds of intracardial malformation ,preoperational diagnosis and interoperative exploration are extremely helpful for diagnosis . A strict control of indication and the improvement of CPB technique are significant to lower the death rate and postoperative complication . Suturing PDA through incision in pulmonary artery under CPB is the main treatment for PDA, using Foley catheter to block arterial canal flow helps to fully expose the operating field 、shorten CPB duration and lower the complications of lungs and brain .

各种心内畸形经常合并PDA，术前诊断及术中探查，意义重大；严格掌握手术指征和提高CPB技术，对降低手术死亡率及术后并发症具有重要意义；经肺动脉切口缝闭PDA是CPB下处理PDA的主要方法，术中应用 Foley导尿管阻断动脉导管血流，有利于术野显露、缩短CPB时间，可降低肺部、脑部并发症。

Methods:clinical data of 23 cases of left-sided colonic carcinoma undergoing one-stage resection and primary anastomosis were analyzed respectively.intraoperative colonic lavage were performed in all cases.for the 14 cases which were considered to be dangerous,preventive ceostomy was performed.results:23 cases were performed one-stage resection and primary anastomosis,all patients had not any complications such as anastomatic leakage and infection of the peritoneal cavity.conclusions:have a strict control over operation indication,perform postoperative care properly, one-stage resection and primary anastomosis for acute obstruction of left hemicolonic carcinoma is safe and workable.

回顾性分析我院五年来23例左半结肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合术的临床资料，所有病例均术中结肠灌洗，而认为有危险性的14例同时行预防性盲肠造瘘。结果：23例一期切除吻合术，无一例发生吻合口漏、腹腔感染等并发症。结论：严格掌握手术适应症，积极术前准备，充分结肠灌洗，对认为有危险性吻合口实行预防性盲肠造瘘，正确术后处理，左半结肠癌并急性梗阻一期切除吻合术是安全可行的。

Methods1. Twenty-four preretinal fibrovascular membranes were obtained from the patients with PDR during vitrectomy, of them 12 received Avastin intravitreally before surgery and the other 12 did not. Ten preretinal membranes were obtained from patients with proliferative vitreoretinopathy served as controls.

方法1。玻璃体切除术中取出的24例PDR患者的视网膜前新生血管膜，其中术前玻璃体内注射Avastin者12例，未使用Avastin治疗者12例；以10例增生性玻璃体视网膜病变的视网膜前增生膜作为对照。

Result: All the patients were treated percutaneous reduction and obtained good resuld except one patient who needs another small incision to help reduction and bone graft. The preoperative X ray film showed that the B hler angle was 12.6°, Gissane angle was 75°. The postoperative X ray film demonstrated that B hler angle was 38.5°, Gissane angle was 114.5°.

结果： 14侧手术顺利，达到或接近解剖复位，1侧由于中间骨折块未能达到复位要求，辅助小切口复位骨折块。14侧B hler角由术前12.6°增加到38.5°，Gissane角由术前的75°增加到术后的114.5°，手术前、后差异有统计学意义（P.01）。

Methods Forty-five patients with hysteromyoma undergone hysteromyomectomy were randomly assigned to three groups (n=15,each group): group Ⅰ, control group without pre-emptive analgesia; group Ⅱ, the patients were administrated with 0.2 mg·kg-1 ketamine intravenously 30 min before operation; group Ⅲ, 30 mg ketamine was administrated into epidural analgesia 30 min before operation.

45例子宫肌瘤患者均于硬膜外麻醉行全子宫切除术，随机分为3组，即Ⅰ组：对照组，术前不施行超前镇痛；Ⅱ组：切皮前30 min静脉注入氯胺酮0.2 mg·kg-1；Ⅲ组：切皮前30 min将氯胺酮30 mg加入实验剂量(2%利多卡因4或5 mL)中注入硬膜外腔。3组术后均连接Graseby9300镇痛泵行患者自控硬腺外镇痛，镇痛药物为0.2%罗哌卡因加50 mg·L-1吗啡。

Based on both oblique functions and magnitude of the patterns, 59 cases of V pattern were divided into three groups and treated with three surgical methods, vertical transposition of horizontal recti, inferior oblique weakness and vertical transposition of horizontal recti combined with inferior oblique weakness.

59例V征患者根据下斜肌功能及上下25°注视时的斜视度差分别采取水平肌后徙和/或缩短+下斜肌减弱术、水平肌后徙和/或缩短+下斜肌减弱术+水平肌垂直移位术、水平肌后徙和/或缩短+水平肌垂直移位术，术前术后检查眼位及双眼视功能情况，观察三种手术方式的效果。

Results The level of antibodies against monocytes (34.94%) were higher than that of the antibodies against lymphocytes (26.67%) in pretransplant patients. The level of antibodies in first time transplant patients (32.5%) was lower than that of antibodies in retransplant patients (59.7%). The patients with intensity of antibodies against monocytes PRA more than ≥50%only accounted for 1.87%, 10%MPRA50%for 17.62%and MPRA10%15.44%,respectively.Conclusion Before renal transplantation, the detection of MPRA level could predict the occurrence of rejection in renal transplantation.

结果 肾移植术前患者的抗单核细胞抗体水平较抗淋巴细胞抗体水平高，其百分比分别为34.94%和26.67%；而从患者初次和再次肾移植前的比较中可见，初次比再次产生的抗单核细胞抗体水平要低，其百分比分别为32.05%和59.7%；对于抗单核细胞抗体群体反应性抗体的强度，MPRA≥50%的只占1.87%，而50%10%以及MPRA结论在肾移植术前检测患者MPRA水平，对肾移植后的排斥反应能起到预测目的。

Methods A patient of the gallbladder cancer with invasion of liver, gastric antrum, duodenum, caput pancreatis and colon transversum, was received radical resection (including pancreatoduodenectomy, hepatectomy and colectomy).

The second group is testing group, after anesthetic induction, under balance circulation, control infusion speed, control the CVP value on the range of 4~5 cmH2O. Monitor and record before operation, after reperfusion, that is 10 min, 20 min, 30 min, 40 min of new liver, and the changing of CVP, PAP, PAWP before closing of abdomen, on the meantime, check serum arginase by venous blood, statistical comparison of changing value of two groups.
