Methods; 45 patients with pancreatic cancer were treated with HIFU for 262 person-times.Before treating,these patients have first taken a Chinese herbal acting as strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,reliving the depressed liver,sooting the liver and regulating the circulation of qi,promoting digestion and digestant for 3～4 days.In 262 person-times,74 person-times were adopted GI decompression,5～10 minutes before operation 26 person-times ware adopted simple fast,6 person-times were additionally taken airless water,and 156 person-times were additionally taken ultrasonic developer-aid for the use of GI examination.

方法； 胰腺癌患者45例，共行HIFU治疗262次，治疗前先服用扶正祛邪、疏肝理气、消食化积的中草药3～4天，采用胃肠减压者74例次，术前单纯禁食者26例次，禁食后术前5～10min加服脱气水者6例次，加服胃肠检查用超声助显剂156例次。

Results 84 cases were followed up for 16.7±2.3 months. JOA scores were improved from 7.3±1.7 to 16.2±0.8 (P.05), and the improving rate was 91.8%; Nurick grading were from 2.8±1.2 to 0.7±0.8 (P.05). Based on roentgenograph, no looseness, displacement, dislocation or subsidence of bone graft and internal fixator was found.

术后JOA评分从术前(7.3± 1.7)分提高到了(16.2±0.8)分(P.05)，改善率为91.8%；Nurick分级从术前的(2.8±1.2)级改善到术后的(0.7±0.8)级(P.05)。X线检查证实前路植骨块及其内固定材料无松动、移位、脱落、下沉。

Abstract］ objective to assess the efficacy and safety of holmium laser urethrotomy under ureteroscope to treat the urethral stricture.methods 16 cases were treated by holmium laser resection under ureteroscope.the length of the stricture was 0.1～1.0 cm.the blood loss and the complications as well as curative effect after operation were observed.results all of the cases were treated successfully with less bleeding and no severe complications.the maximal urinary flow rate improved obviously after operation.conclusion the holmium laser under ureteroscope demonstrates good effect to treat urethral stricture.

目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法 16例患者采用经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗，狭窄长度0.1～1.0 cm，观察其术中出血、术后并发症及疗效。结果 16例患者均顺利完成手术，疗效满意，术中出血少，术后最大尿流率较术前有明显改善，无严重并发症发生。结论输尿管镜下钬激光切开术治疗对尿道狭窄是一种安全、微创且行之有效的治疗方法。

Methods 1038 eyes of 606 consecutive myopic patiences who had bilateral Custom Vue LASIK between March 2006 and August 2006 were involved in the study. Wavefront measurement and iris registration were performed in the upright position with Wavescan aberrometer, then more over iris registrations were performed in the supine positon during the operation with VISX Star S4 IR.

选择成功接受波前像差虹膜定位LASIK手术的近视患者606例1038眼，术前应用Wavescan像差仪取坐位行波前像差检查和虹膜识别，术中应用VISX Star S4 IR手术，记录眼球旋转及瞳孔中心移位，对前后眼球旋转及瞳孔中心移位进行比校。

The affect on anesthesia induction and feeling expression of both children and their parents before anesthetization were observed. Questionnaire was used to know the attitude of children themselves and their parents towards PPI. Results showed that 62 of parents (86.1%) hoped to participate in and to carry out PPI.

Methods: During the April 2003 to December 2004, from the patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C stage who were performed laparoscopic radical operation random draw 20 patients as experiment group, and from patients with different position colorectal cancer beyond Dukes C patients who were performed open radical operation 20 patients took randomly as contrast group. We draw thepatients blood about 5 ml from antecubital vein at the time before and after the operation about 30 minutes respectively, preserved the blood in deep hypothermia circumstance,cytrokeratin-20(CK-20) as the micrometastasis maker, using the RT-PCR technique,G3PDH as the intra-contrast gene, quantitatively detect the amounts of CK-20 in the blood with the gelatum imagery system and the computer analyzing software on the gelatum imagery system ,in order to compare the influence of the laparoscopic and the open operation on the micrometastasis.

在我院2003年4月—2004年12月间不同部位的临床分期在Dukes C期之内的接受了腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术结直肠癌患者中随机抽取20例作为试验组，另外在同期的接受开腹手术患者中随机抽取20例作为对照组，分别抽取术前30min和术后30min的肘前静脉血5ml，集中低温保存，以细胞角蛋白(cytekeratin-20)CK-20为微转移的标志物，应用RT-PCR技术，以G3PDH为内对照基因，应用凝胶成像系统及其计算机凝胶成像系统分析软件来定量检测手术前、后患者外周静脉血中CK-20含量，比较腹腔镜和开腹的手术方式对肿瘤微转移的影响。
