Methods Preoperative coagulability, the replacement therapy by coagulation factors and platelet pre-and intra-operatively, intra-operative bleeding amount and blood transfusion amount and the relation to the postoperative course were analyzed retrospectively in 6 patients with severe hepatic cirrhosis who underwent OLT in the last year.

回顾性分析我科1年来6例因重度肝硬变行OLT术前凝血功能、术前、术中凝血因子和血小板的补充、术中出血量和输血量与术后过程的关系。

Methods Advanced generation silicone IOL was implanted with injector in group A (102 eyes) and the PMMA IOL, implanted in group B (108 eyes) as the control. The changes of visual acuity, corneal astigmatism, anterior chamber flare, corneal edema, location of IOL, pos terior capsular opaqueness and other operation complications were observed.

对白内障超声乳化吸除术102眼行新一代硅胶推注式人工晶状体植入术，108眼行PMMA人工晶状体植入术；并对两组患者术后视力、术前术后角膜散光、术后前房闪辉、术后角膜水肿、人工晶状体位置、后囊混浊的变化及其它手术并发症进行观察。

Results Nine patients with PTE wore performed thromboembolectomy under cardiopulmonary bypass, one patient was performed thromboembolectomy under non-extracorporeal circlulation. One patient died of pulmonary re-embolism postoperatively, utile patients were survival. There was o marked increase of arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation (P.05) and pulmonary arterial systolic pressure decreased significantly (P.05) at the second postoperative week, with significant improvement in quality of life.

结果 9例在体外循环下行肺动脉取栓术，l例在非体外循环下手术。1例围术期死亡，9例存活；术后2周测不吸氧状态下动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度均有显著改善，与术前比较有显著性差异(P.05)；术后2周超声心动测肺动脉收缩压显著降低，与术前比较有显著性差异(P.05)，生活质量明显改善。

Some patients had suffered from obstructive jaundice, pancreatitis, bilirubinemia, alkaline phosphatase raise,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase raise and/or diameter of common bile duct exceeded 0.8 cm; and for these cases intraoperative cholangiography must be carried out. 405 cases needed T-tube insertion. The common bile duct of 105 cases was sutured without T tube. Results All cases were operated successfully.

术前确诊者，术中直接行胆总管切开胆道镜取石；术前有黄疸史、胰腺炎史和直接胆红素增高、胆系酶增高者，或胆总管在0.8 cm以上者行术中造影，明确有胆总管结石的切开胆总管胆道镜取石。405例置T管引流，105例行胆总管Ⅰ期缝合。

After the UPPP, they were sent to the ICU and monitored with trachea cannula for 1 to 2days.

方法对重度OSAHS患者行UPPP联合舌骨悬吊术109例，每例患者术前均行清醒状态纤维喉镜下Muller检查、上气道的X线片或上气道CT测量，术前确定阻塞平面为腭-咽及舌-咽平面，但以舌-咽平面为主，均行UPPP联合舌骨悬吊术，术后均于ICU保留气管插管监护1～2d。

Results:There was no significant difference among A,B,C group in the terms of the incision,abdominal and pulmonic infection incidence rate,but there was significant difference in terms of the pollution rate of incision and abdominal cavity and the operation time.
