objective to evaluate the clinical value of early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy.methods the clinical data of 53 suspicious tubal pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively,who had received laparoscopic operation in our hospital from january 2003 to december 2005.results all cases received laparoscopic operation,none was transferred to traditional surgery during the operation.46 cases were diagnosed as tubal pregnancy during the operation with pathologic proof.preoperative diagnosis rate was 86.8%.the salpingecstomy were performed in the 32 cases.the salpingotomy were performed in the 7 cases.conclusion the laparoscopic operation is the best choice in the early diagnosis and therapy of suspicious ectopic pregnancy,and it gain time for conservative therapy.but not too early.

目的 评价可疑异位妊娠患者腹腔镜早期诊治的临床价值。方法收集2003年1月～2005年12月收治的经腹腔镜手术治疗的可疑输卵管妊娠患者53例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 53例手术均经腹腔镜完成，无1例中转，术中诊断输卵管妊娠的46例，术前诊断率86.8%，32例行输卵管切除术，7例行保守性手术。结论腹腔镜手术是早期确诊可疑异位妊娠患者的最佳选择，也为保守性治理赢得时间，但不宜操之过急。

Methods The data of 2 cases(both males;76 and 59 years,respectively) of bladder sarcomatoid carcinoma were reviewed.

术前活检均提示为移行上皮细胞癌。结果2例均行膀胱部分切除术。1例术前行新辅助化疗。

Results: Three of them had their visual acuity improved from NLP, LP to 0.2～0.4 after the operation. the operative opportunity, merits of operative approaches, the key factors of treatment were discussed.

开展了经鼻内窥镜视神经管减压术，结果：采用经鼻内窥镜鼻内进路视神经管减压术5例，其中3例视力由术前的无光感、光感恢复到术后的0.2～0.4，讨论了手术时机、手术进路的优点和不足、影响疗效的主要因素。

Methods 36 limbs of recurrent LEVI in 35 cases were enrolled in this study , superficial femoral vein、perforating vein incompetence were all applied with B ultrasound examination and intravenous antegrade angiography of deep vein of inferior member before operation ,8 limbs in 7 cases among them were only operated on superficial vein and the main great saphenous vein was remained ; 28 cases in which main great saphenous vein was drawn out were divided into 2 groups, in group B , operation on superficial vein and external valvuloplasty of superficial femoral vein valve were applied ; in group C ,operation on superficial vein and external valvuloplasty of superficial femoral vein valve combined with subfascial endoscopic perforator vein surgerywere applied.

35例36条肢体复发性LEVI，术前全部行股浅静脉、交通静脉B超及下肢深静脉顺行造影检查，其中7例8条肢体原大隐静脉主干未抽剥仅行浅静脉手术；28例大隐静脉主干已抽剥者随机分为B组和C组，各14例，B组行浅静脉手术+股浅静脉带戒术，C组行浅静脉手术+股浅静脉带戒术联合SEPS。
